We had been struggling hard since last 15 to 20 days to get our Aqua flow repaired. After lodging a complaint with the customer care till date noone has come to attend to our complaint our complaint no is 83285064. It is very bad to experience such kind of harrassment to the consumers and that also from a such a well known Company. It shows that the company is only interested in selling the product and is not concern with the services. We are very sorry to say but we wont be referring this product to anybody

Dear Sir,

We are using Aqua Guard from more than 5 years. For every 6 months, Aqua Guard Purifier's filter has to be cleaned and replaced if necessary. For this, we paid around Rs. 2850 and had a 3 years’ Service contract with Aqua Guard Purifier Services from March 2011 to March 2014.
After that we had only one service in the month of August 2011. Again in the month of January 2012, we required the Aqua Guard Purifier Service. For that we contacted the same person or vendor company who gave the service last time. But no one came, hence we raised a complaint (Complaint Number: 86174828) through Aqua Guard Customer Care. From past one week, no one has come.
If we again call the Aqua Guard Customer Care, they inform that they have escalated this issue. But till now nothing has happened. Now, we have raised one more complaint (Complaint Number: 86194689) for the cancellation of the 3 years Service Contract with the Aqua Guard Purifier Services.

Please help us on this problem.

Note: Till now I have contacted 4 of them from the Aqua Guard Customer Care. And those 4 names are: Murugesh, Mamata, Shyam, Pramod.

I had purchased from direct sales office annanagar chennai Aquaguard RO enhance 23/10/11, , and it stopped working within a week. After that I called the Eureka Forbes customer care and they were sort out that problem. Than i am getting problem every month.Now last week 15/1/12 registered my complaint and got this (0065215628) complaint no. and they are told that the problem will be fixed within 2 days.
After that daily I made a reminder call to the customer care as well as their service center no.(04439883333) every time I got the same response that it will be fixed in 2 days. pls take necessary action for this issue.
