I had purchased whirlpool ac 2 years back. From the date of installment it had cooling problem. The servicemen usd to come and fill the gas without rectifying the problem . I wa regularly giving complaint to their call centre. Still no one has rectified the problems. I have all the documents stating the ac has problems, signed by the service people. Now even if i register the complaint nobody comes and they close the complaint by writing no one is at home

The said complaint was attended on 19.06.10 by refilling the gas, which got leaked by the night. Contacted with the service engineer, who visited on 20.06.10 and told that the Colling Coil is damaged and Unit to be replaced. Again lodged the complaint no. HR 02610008208 dated 21.06.10.

Highly disappointed by the after sale service from the Company of repute.

I am having an AC purchased in the year 2002 which has given good service i.e. why we again went for Whirlpool AC.

I would request for immediate action and replace the Unit at the earliest possible.
