Poor after sales service. no body bothers about this. no one cares to attend or reply.....today made 10 calls to whirlpool service center.....all false commitments.....Customor care head (Ms. Viashali: +91 9825040063) did not pick the phone thrice. didn't reply my SMS. dont know what to do....thinking to drag them to Consumer court....
Also filed a complain @ Whirlpool | Kitchen, Laundry & Home Appliances

Dear Sir,
Since last four days we are facing problems for washing/drying our cloths
during this rainy season. We purchased washing machine to facilitate us
and not to create more problems.
On Sunday (July 17, 2011), we found that our washing machine is out of
order and soon we registered a complain to the phone no. 079-60008558. We
have been given the SR number AH 0711011546. The service engineer visited
my home on Monday (July 18, 2011) and identified the problem in circuit.
He said that in monsoon, due to the dampness, the circuit is damaged and
this happens very often during monsoon (is this true?....if this is the
case, there must be a design fault....and luckily my washing machine is
under warrantee period now.....what after the warrantee period?)?.
I don?t have any updates after July 18, 2011 (after the visit of your
service engineer).
Yesterday, I telephoned on 079-60008558 to know the status. Then, I was
told by Mr. Vishal that I need to contact Mr. Mitesh Sheth?.
Can you tell me Why should I call ?.?
Is this not your responsibly to provide the updated status to your
existing customers?
