This refers to my purchase of above Ref which received in DAMAGED CONDITION. Pl find below my seriatim date-wise followup.
20th May 2010
Have purchased one New Genius 200L Royal Refrigerator, Make-Whirlpool, vide tax cash receipt KG/CM/01059/10-11 from your Great Eastern, Maniktal Showroom on free door (Kestopur) delivery basis.
21st May 2010 Refrigerator delivered in 21st evening
24th May 2010
Whirlpool service engineer/technician came to my Kestopur house for fitting and demonstration. Upon opening of refrigerator he found that fizzer door and Condenser clam is in broken/damaged. He has prepared his report vide 12217/DNC 101735221.
On the same day I have visited Great Eastern, Maniktala Showroom and met one of Sales Official and apprise the issue. She told me that they will replace the refrigerator if Whirlpool not replaced. She also told to come along with inspection report.
25th May 2010 Whirlpool service engineer/technician come again with some spare parts and return back with doing anything and not even he informed when he will come back.
No information from Grate Eastern.
26th May 2010 Went to Great Eastern at 1.30PM and met with Ms.Mithu and told all the story.
Also email to Whirlpool customer care and asked for replacement.She Refused to replace the refrigerator but she told me that she will replace the spare from their refrigerator, lying at go down within 2-3 days. Which I did not accept. As I need the replacement of damaged refrigerator.
Informed to Service engineer not to come to my house as I need replacement of refrigerator.
Contacted with Customer care, Whirlpool and lodge complain for replacement over phone 033 6000 8558 They informed that they will come back.
28th May 2010 Contacted again with Customer care, Whirlpool and remind them for replacement over phone 033 6000 8558 They informed that they will come back. Mr.Samit of Whirlpool Called me from Delhi and informed that replacement will not possible. However, they will replace the parts by 15th June, 2010
31st May 2010 Contacted again with Customer care, Whirlpool and remind them for replacement over phone 033 6000 8558 Somebody will contact me within 48hrs.
3rd June 2010 Nobody contacted as such , contacted again with Customer care, Whirlpool and remind them for replacement over phone 033 6000 8558 In the Evening time Mr.Samit called me and informed they cant replace the fridge.
I have purchase refrigerator for my needs (my wife is ill and her treatment is going on with Dr.Gautam Khastogir) and as can be seen from above facts that after 15days problem has not been resolved.
