we are using whirlpool refrigerator 350elite.there was a problem in it last month and we had paid an amount of Rs 10,000 to the service centre for repair work. but our problem was not solved.the fridge is still not getting cooled up. we have again registered a complaint in customer care . COMPLAINT NUMBER IS PT1110001814.

our refrigerator is still not working.their tecnicians are highly illiterate and lack knowledge as well as training of the product.see if you people can do anything regardinh this problem or you will have to pay heavily for this
