Default overcharging for washing machine service

Dear Sir,
I have lodged a complaint for servicing my washing machine which had a problem (Rat bitten holes in the drum that leads to leakage of water). My compaint No. CN0610029564. service personnal came from the company and examined. He assured the estimation of service cost and drum charge would be of Rs 1500 to 2000/- as a total. At the time of removing the old drum he broke the central shaft, spin motor and pump valve and claiming charge for all these items on me. This has happened solely due to his carelessness or improper handling while repairing. I can't bear this overcharge amount. So kindly do the necessary action to solve my grievance.

sir/ madam,....My refrigerator is not working since 4may 2010.During this period I have complained THRICE,It gets repaired twice with replacement of compressor and module,But it is not working yet.I am not happy with the response of service centre and working style.Kindly replace my Refrigerator,Iam ready to pay the differeence . Default Regarding complain of microwave oven

SIR,
I purchased microwave oven model no 8587-202-28-293, sl.no wg-09053385 dt. 11-09-2009 with warranty of one year
problem is that when cooking vegetabels the fire broke inside the oven and oven stop working. I want that my oven should by repaired or replaced. The dealer from which I purchased the oven HOMESHOP-18 Please do the needful as earlierst as posseble

Default Whirlpool referigerator

Fridge installed on 17.09.2009 and excess cooling problem since 25.09.2009 and customer care service engineers visits on complaints and puts the cotton and tapes on air flow point and unable to solve the problem till today that is 06.07.2010 and mr. Sanjay, service manager confirms that puting the cotton is well recognised technical solution to solve the problem of excess cooling in the lower chamber.

Whirlpool six sense refrigerator is sick sense refiregerator and the customer care service centre are the centre to harass the customer .

Question fridge compressor

I m having w.p ref Elite 260 model no. I had purchased it way back in 2004-05. In 2009 the fridge automatically stopped cooling. I then had too logde complaint. One of the representative attended to my complaint and found that the compressor had to be replaced. The same was done. Unfortunately again the problem has occurred. The warraty peirod of 12 months is still not completed. I had paid Rs.3500/- + 225/-.

In July 2010, when i tried calling the service centre in dombivali I was told to contact the customer care. When I tried calling the given tel no, the number did not exist. The toll free no was also not in use. Where do the customer lodge their complaints. I then requested one of the staff from where the representative had come i.e. from Dombivali to pl send someone immediately and get it checked before the expirty of the term.

Request u to provide with other alternative no. Finally one SMS was forwarded. Hope someone attends to my problem.

Default Pathetic Customer care

I purchased Whirlpool washing machine splash( fully automatic) in Nov 2007 . at the end of warrenty period circuit board was replaced and within eight month again my washing machine stoped working. when i tried to call customer care no one is ready to take complaint.
this is happening 2nd time once before. I lost in faith in whirlpool

now the problem is that its drier is not working ,
dealer checked motor, tub, capicator also
he charged its fees but drier is not working till
pl send a service engineer at my home so that a permanant solution came out

Dear Sir/madam,

I have purchase 3 products (RO, Refrigerator, Washing machine) from Whirlpool. I am very dis satified with the service offered by customer care.No body is caring for customer.Several time i loaded complains but no solution. many time I have to rectify it from out side still i have valid warenty period.I want immediate solution.I think I should suggest people not to buy whirlpool product as you have very poor service.

Default Unfair service Whirlpool Washing Machine

Dear Sir

1. I have purchased a washing machine model 650 D on 20 May 09 at New Delhi. The machine has been giving intermittent trouble and every time we have to call the service engrs to rectify the fault. Many a times engrs do not report in time and we r facing difficulties in using the machine. I have had problems with many parts of the machine within year of its purchase. I feel the machine is no more reliable for long term use. Though it is under warranty now so we r not incurring much of expenditure however I am afraid the same would start once the machine is out of warranty.

2. I hereby list out the details of complaint numbers and parts changed during last one year three months:-

Complaint No Date Nature of complaint/Spare changed

DL 0509027135 Jul 09 Showing error E1.Rectified on second day.

DL0709016685 Sep 09 After switching on mains getting tripped off. Rectified by the engr after three days

DL0210016150 23 Feb 10 Showing error E1.Problem identified with Inlet valve, rectified after two day.

DL0310007667 10 Mar 10 Inlet valve changed

DL0810025334 26 Aug 10 PCB and Door out of order. Engr visited. PCB and
door both not available in store. Engr returned back
without rectification.


3. Presently I am at Delhi however facing so much difficulties in using the new machine due to frequent unservicealities once I move out on transfer to a smaller place I am afraid even this service will not be available. Hearing good reputation I purchased a machine from one of the trusted brands of the country however I am facing so much difficulties with the peice which has been suppiled to me.

4. Kindly take necessary action to depute senior service engineers to visit my place and carryout a throrough checkup of the machine to confirm whether the machine is meeting the quality norms claimed by the Whirlpool. In case the repeated complaints are occuring again and again I would be constrained to return the machine to the company and request suitable compensation for supplying poor quality of machine giving repeated complaints within one year of its manufacture.

The quality of the service is not satisfactory, as well as the replaced spares most often are defective as a result calling the service engineers and the routine wait and the routine service charges.Please find out a solution to this problem.

Default Leakage Of Fridge

Hi,this is to inform u that my my Double Door Ice Magic F30 elite ,Sl # INA041501949/34DO5,Purchased on 28th/07/2004.

There is Leakage of Water inside the Refrigerator and have complaint several times. 3
There were many people of your Service Centers who have visited to rectify it,however all went in vain. The Fridge has also been opened several times ,and the condition has completely deteriorated.
I Am Lodging this complaint once again to HELP ME N RESOLVING THIS ISSUE AT THE EARLIEST.

Default Repair for refrigerator (freez)

My freez is not working from 10-12 days. It is in warranty period. I have registered complaine on last saturday. they told they will repaired on tuesday morning. then he not come i phoned he told he will come evening. Again on wednesday i phoned he told i will come but til he has not come. without freez working I am facing problem. I donot think whirlpool Durgapur Service Centre service is so poor. It is unfortunate that I am facing problem. MY freez is on warrany period.

dear sir/Mam,my refrigerator is giving me lots of problem,water s getting accumlated at the bottom part of the fridge.I hav complained for it around 17 times,they are coming and not able to fix the problem as they are not well trained.See to it that you reply to my mail as soon as possible.Please recruit trained persons.If this continues than your company will be getting a bad name.Thank You.

i m ankur khandelwal i purached a Refrigerator from your dealer ACE TECHNOMARK(shop no.230 great india mall sec-38A, noida.

the date i have purchased is 24 july. the s.no is INA101615230 (232Xref duet grey )

i have called the shopkeeper twice for the front leg of frezz is bending not in a proper place. because of this, it bends one side.

kindly look after this complain. do ur needfull ASAP.

Angry 1 Ton AC AMC

Sir/ madam

I had bought Whirlpool 1 Ton AC, on 31/Oct/08,there was no problem with the product, In the month of Aug/09 customer care service people from Chennai called me regarding AMC, for the AC, they told that the cost for 2yrs Amc would be Rs, 1999/- and i issued them a cheque for the same in the month of sep/09, A representative of Whirlpool (Serco ) Came and collected the cheque, the cheque is been encashed by the service provider but till date their is no sign of them, they have not contacted or not even bothered to give us feed back, regarding phone no,
tell me what should i do, take this matter to consumer court or speak to Whirlpool customer care executives
I have lost faith on whirlpool product itself

Default 1.5 ton ac complaint

Dear sir/madam,
I have purchased 1.5 ton 2 star window ac on dated 10/03/2010.But it was not working from month of jully.I have complaint about that to the dealer M/S cinny sales and they register complaint to whirlpool.The service engineer came for checking the ac and told me that the piece is from faulty lot and it should be replced.He also told me that company already informed to all dealer to take back the all pieces of that series and my ac is need to be replaced.After a two months it wouldn't be replace.Ihave contact several times and visited to the service cenre also but nothing going on.They are advising me to send the faulty piece to the raipur.
Please informed me, is such types of manufacturing fault sufure by coustomer only.If your are not capable to replace it please repaire as early as possible.I don't want new ac i want my ac should be worked.I am compleately frustrated with your coustomer care is this is your care i need not.

(Note:-We four friends purchace same model on a single day,others 3 ac was replaced before me)

Angry whirlppol refrigrator - Master Mind Series

Hi,

I had bought Whirlpool Mastermind refrigrator in Jan 2007 in Chennai. I had moved to mumbai and then finally to Bangalore last a of June 2009. From Sep 09 till date i have been having continous issues with defrosting of fridge as ice accumulates behind the freezer and this results in defrost water flowing from front i.e. from below the freezer into the rest of compartments.

I have had this problem recur every 2 months and everytime i have to switch off the fridge for a couple of days and engg comes and pours hot water into the freezer and chips the ice off. I had complained again last week and demanded a permanent solution. The company sent a engg on escalation as on 18th Sep who identified the problem to be as heating element and promised to come abck to repalce the same the following day.

His phone has been switched off ever since and when i called back to call centre on Monday 19th Sep to complain they refused to take a second instance as the first instance was still open and promised their manager would call us back.

I have yet to hear from them back and today is 24th September. This is the worst service i have ever received. I have decided to take the company to consumer court if i do not receive a response in the next couple of days.

Default What is the fact?

I am having one ONIDA washing machine which was purchased on 21.12.1991. Model No. LM 3003. Till 1999 the machine was being taken care of by ONIDA Service, however, since 1999 the machine was being taken care of by the Whirlpool of India Ltd.The reason, as I was told by the ONIDA people that the Whirlpool has taken over the product of ONIDA, or ONIDA as a whole this I don't remember. Anyway, I have got all receipts granted by the Whirlpool of India Ltd. right from 1999.The machine is also registered in the records of the Whirlpool, because whenever I say my name, the executives of Whirlpool confirms the whole address and other details of the machine.What is my concern is that when I attempted to register a complain on 27/09/2010 I was given a complain no. being PT0910007240. But when the engineer (from Ashiana Services of Whirlpool) came at my place he said is can not handle this machine since it is an ONIDA product. He also told me that only the Millennium Services(another Whirlpool authorized service centre) can handle this product. I immediately, intimated at your toll free number and explained everything to the executive who picked up the phone. He then assured me that the call would be directed to the Minnaminnie Services. But when I contacted the toll free today on 28/09/2010, the lady on the phone told me that she is from whirlpool and since it is an ONIDA product, I have to approach ONIDA. When I tried to explain her that if Whirlpool is not concerned then how come my details are on its website and how come the machine was being serviced by the Whirlpool.But the lady executive very rudely refused to here anything. The way she behaved is not at all expected from some one from Whirlpool.Now you kindly let me know what is the fact. If the lady is right that at list I am entitled to know since when the Whirlpool abandoned taking care of ONIDA product which it was doing since 1999. But if the the Whirlpool is still taking care of this product then why the Whirlpool is depending upon a call centre whose people are ignorant. Besides, the way the lady executive behaved would certainly keep me away from buying any Whirlpool product in future.Why should a person buy something from a Company whose people do not respect its customers. Thats the moot question.
