I have given my whirl pool washing mechine for repair to your authorized service centre, Digitech Services, Ulsoor,Bangalore on 4th of September. They have not given me back my WM so far, even after repeated complaints.

This is Santosh Kumar i purchased a Whirlpool Washing Machine in Jan-2010 in Hyderabad. And moved to Pune in the Month of July-2010. My Washing machine having some problem with water inlet. I Complained the Same in Pune Customer Care With No. PN1010005961 on 15th October @ 8:15 a.m. and which was suppose to serve within 24 Hours. But Till today 16th October 20:00 p.m. No Technical engineer turned up. And When i called up again Pune Whirlpool Customer Care. They are unable to tell me when my Machine get Repaired. The is the Worst Service of Whirlpool. We Purchased whirlpool because with the name of Whirlpool Brand.... But without proper Service this will not be Good Brand...... Regards. Santosh Kumar |

I would recommend NOT to buy any Whirlpool products...Reason being its service...In my personal experience, it really sucks...Service/Support is so bad, that i had my Refrigerator not working and given complaint 12-15 days back. There are 3 support technicians visited, replaced multiple parts (Heater, Bi-metal, Timer, etc), but the problem not resolved yet. I tried reaching hell lot of times reaching 3 technicians, support center. No one receives the call, if receives, no one takes the responsibility in listening to the problem. It is so frustrating to deal with customer service of Whirlpool. I really have names of those 3 technicians and the # of calls made to all these folks & support. Other bad experience is each of these support person sells the parts with different rates and not sure whether they are genuine as well. If Whirlpool has to sustain in the market, its not only the products that sell, but they badly need to improve on their service towards the products.... BTW, i belong to Hyderabad... |

I have raised the complaints many times each time a customer care provide me a complaint number and then automatically your system closes the complaint with closing the issue. |

we have purchased a whirlpool fully automatic whashing machine on 10 th dec 2010 at Eswar Radio &TV, #8 Mahila Samaj Complex, Ashoka road, Davanagere, Ph: 08192-256411 vide their bill no.675. But they have not turned out fordemonstration till to day. we dont know how to use the machine. After having requested many times on phone they have not turned out for demo till today.
Send them for demo immidiately. |

i have purchased a washing machine on 10th Nov 2010 and on 11th Dec 2010 it had a problem it suddenly stopped spining when i registered a complaint against that engineer came on 12th Dec 2010 and checked the machine according to him "one screw was missing under the drum which connects to the Pully a part which got spoiled" if this is the case in a brand new machine purchased from a Branded Shop VIJAY SALES than how come we trust the brands, i fill that machine which was delivered to me is not a new one because the part which was spoiled when it was removed by the engineer the condition of that part was so bad it dosen't seemed to be a new one my complaint no is MB1210006417 from 8 days company is arranging parts and today when i called customer care whirlpool the executives have disconnected my call in between when i asked that i want to speak to your senior thos kind of **** all service is provide from such a BRAND i think there is no point in buying a brand new product becaue it is going to be SPOILED within a short span of time i am sure that i am going to SUE whirlpool in the "CONSUMER FORUM" i aspect some positive response.

i was purchased a whirlpool refrigerator on date 30-11-2009 from patna, but it is not working from when i was purchased, i have already complain many times in service center, gaya. He always told me that next month it will be replaced and given me three times complaint no. 1). On date 08-06-2010 complaint no. He does not give. 2). On date 13-10-2010 complaint no. 2910 3). On date 14-12-2010 complaint no. 3457 i have taken my compalint no. On paper in both paperhe wrote that machine will be replaced. But i could not get any responce from service center, when i visit there he always says give me some days. So, please you are requested to do me some positive interest. Thanks & regards md. I am writing this mail after facing lot of hassle from your product what I we have purchased 1.5 years back, We purchased refrigerator -450litre Deluxe, Titanium Model-INEO91600521, within 6month of purchasing water started leaking in the fridge, After complaining this to your survive centre they made some shabby job and it again started leaking within 1 month of the service , in last 1.5 years we have faced 4~5 times the same problem, I don’t know why you people sell defective fridge to innocent customer, Now your service people are telling me that this defect can’t be rectified so its better to replace the fridge with 15% cost to be given by me, Why should I pay for something for which I have nothing to do, It’s a manufacturing defect and needs to be replaced as repair is not working…. this is in reference to the repairing of 1.5 ton split AC of whirlpool, sir/madam as i have a split ac of 1.5 ton of whirlpool which got some problem few weeks ago, so for this problem i asked whirlpool people to check the problem, the engineer or mechanic from your company have came and said that the motor inside the AC is faulty and has to be changed for which he has to take the faulty motor along, and said that he come in two -three days and change the motor with new, since that day they keep on saying that they don't have the new motor in their stock and will take two to three days.Its been more than 20 days i haven't received any satisfactory answer from the executive. i have been given satisfaction code 188 and my SR number is GB0511009942

I Purchase a Semi automatic washing M/c and renew the warranty plan as per the company norms. On 13th June I launch a complaint with complaint No.GB0611006596 for washer drum not rotating properly. I receive a message from customer care that within 2 hour their service engg. will contact you and within 48hrs he will visit . After 4 day, on 17th their service engg. come and said moter winding is burned out and cost will be 1200/- for replacing. We sign the bill and he went with give promise for comming tomorrow. Again he come on 21st with wrong part no. moter which could not be fit into the washing m/c. After that he never come again and my washing m/c is left de-assembled from first day when their service engg came. After many followup their service engg. Mr. Nadeem Khan M.No.9654100172 came and again he said he came with wrong part no. motor and the timer is also need to be change. after many calls they don't came and every time they gave excuse that wright part no. moter is not in the stock. I said on phone to Mr khan and Mr. Vijay that we are in a big problem if i launch a court case in consumer form then what will happen and i have all legal documentary proof with me and which talking is going on is also on recording, But they don't take any action. At last I talk on Sunday to service provider owner Mr sanjay on their personnel mobile No.9999682600 which i get after many affords, he say that he sending their engg. for visit today on 2nd July, and your problem resolve by Monday on 3rd July. But neither their engg. came nor my problem resolved. Now he also not piking up my telephone. As he is the owner of the service provider company what response should he need to give. Disappointing customer service at Hi-Tech Solutions (Whirlpool Authorised Service) in Trivandrum. I purchased a Magicook 20S and soon after, the product started malfunctioning, the display would not come on after powering on. After repeated calls for over 2 weeks, a service technician came over, examined the machine and declared that the power board had to be replaced and we should take it to the service center. The machine was handed over to the Hi Tech solutions service center and we were promised a phone call regarding the problem with the machine and a quick delivery date. We are in the process of relocating to Bangalore from Trivandrum, and if anyone at your offices can ensure a quick return of the product, it would be much appreciated. The service technicians at Hi Tech are totally irresponsible and unresposive. After numerous phone calls, I have come to the conclusion that whirlpool brand at least in India is poorly made and backed up by awful service. I have had various whirlpool products for over 20 years in the US and never have the machines failed so quickly and importantly, the service centers at least were prompt and responsive. Hoping someone at Whirlpool, still has some pride in the organisation and the products it sells, please do the needful and simply get me a working microwave back. Thanks Daniel Thomas |

I bought a fully automatic washing machine in May'2010. I worked perfactly till 6 months. After that it started giving problems. At the time of spinning, washing machine vibrates very heavyly with loud noise. I lodged complain at customer care. Many times, technitian visited for reparing of machine but he could not resolve the problem.
On 19th Sept.'11, very unusual sound started coming from washing machine at the time of spinning the cloths. Them I switched off the machine and lodged the complain at customer care. Complain no. is JP0911004578. A technitian visited my house and after inspection, he told that Gear box has gone bad and same will be replaced with in 6-7 days. But, 19 days have passed, no body has visited for repair of washing machine. I talked customer care 2 times but nothing has happened. Incharge Local service center person says that he has given indent to company for new gearbox; as soon as he receive the part, he will repair the washing machine. I am fade up by following up with local service center & customer care. Please arrange to look in to and repair the washing machine with out further delay. Kamesh Kr. I am using whirlpool washing machine 680h. It is creating problems from very first day of delivery. I bought the machine on 04-09-2011. When delivered, machine was damaged and it took 2 days to replace it. Now the newly delivered machine is not working and I am fed up with logging complains. Below is the list of complains I have logged in last 20 days. 1) GB1011004005, 10-10-2011 2) GB1011001290, 04-10-2011 3) GB0911013209, 29-09-2011 4) GB0911012297, 27-09-2011 5) GB0911911897, 26-09-2011 After every complain, an engineer from Whirlpool visit our home but does not check the machine properly. Every time they tell us a new problem but no solution has been provided yet. I want the machine to be replaced. Please let me know where should I go to resolve my issue?
