Useless and pathetic service from Whirlpool Customer Care.
Bought a higher end Front Loading washing machine from whirlpool and paid extra money for extended warranty for 3 years. This machine was purchased 3 years ago and i have still 2 more years of extended warranty. Now my washing machine is failed to work because of Front door problem and the engineer replaced 3 doors in consecutive 4 days, every day the door will be broken and finally they told will replace the entire front panel and they did but some other model's panel which doesn't suit it. Finally they told my machine is imported model and the spare is obsolete and they no more support the same then why should the company take a 3 years extended warranty when they are not able to support the same.I need a machine which works and my machine is down for the past 2 months and it is very difficult for me to manage. The company is offering me on 50% discount on replacing a new model. Why should i get penalized because of the obsolete part and it is a huge money. I need a resolution for this immediate.
