I have purchased Whirlpool Microwave Oven and Washing Machine on 14.10.2011 from M/s CEMCO, Kolkata. Both the products are defective. Made various complaints over telephone, letters and e-mails. Company is not taking any steps to rectify the problems. Local Service Centre people are even misbehaving to attent the complaints over telephone.
