I am staying in Shillong, India. I bought a Whirlpool washing machine"Whitemagic Pro 700H" from Guwahati in Feb 2010. It stopped working sometime in the month of Oct 2010. Since then I have contacted everyone, right upto the office of their VP Sales, but all I have given is assurances, apologies or just plain another number to contact. This too while my machine is in Warranty period. Also I have come to know that mine is not an isolated case but almost everyone in North - East is facing the same problem, because this self proclaimed World leader in home appliances is unable to shift its warehouse at Guwahati since last two months and has not bothered to make any alternate arrangements for its suffering customers. This is not just incompetence but also criminal breach of warranty conditions.

jab ki is se pahle bhi kai bar engineer humare ghar visit kar chuke hai
10days hone ko hai meri problem solve nahi ho rahi hai
costumer care me par day call karta hun par waha sekaha jata hai ki aaj engineer aapke ghr visit karega ya fir call kar aap se time lega na hi koe engineer visit ko aaya or na hi call kiya
is liye maine consumer court ke pass ye male kar raha hun plz take action
