I have parches ed a Washing machine Model No. XLA72H from Great Eastern Appliences Pvt.Ltd, Jessore Road, Kolkata 700127. But at the time of delevary we found it's cracked and I submit a complaint in Whirlpool India Ltd. But They are not given any solusion about this product. Even when i contact their customer care local office they are allways say we are helpless and give me another No. and it is not respond any time during that day. I have purched this product on 06/11/2010.

PLEASE HELP ME .
