Hi

This is Chaitanya. I have purchased a whirlpool microwave oven which i have used for about 03 months after which I found a problem with the timer. After timely complaints to the Company, they have sent me their technician with no knowledge of the product. The guy left the product affixing it with some adhesive and I again found the same problem within 12 hours of the technician's visit. I again lodged a complaint for the same to which he company has replied saying the the complete set has to be changed and they would do it so. But the thing has not been changed yet till date. Now when I call the Company's Customer service they are replying that the kit has been dispatched from their end and the dealer is replying that they did not yet receive that kit.
Now please advise me on the above.
