Sir/Ma'am,

I bought a Whirlpool Magicook 22C micro oven about 4 years back from a local dealer. About 3 and a half months back it started creating some problem, such as, the entire display started going off on its own. The service center people came and charged me Rs. 385/- and just informed me that, the PCB has crashed and needs to be replaced. After repeated inquiries and follow ups, every time i was just assured that the company does not have the PCB currently in stock, still the issue will be resolved in next 24 hours. Although, 24 hours turns to 3 months now. I have not even received any phone calls from any concerned person, even after lodging repeated complaints. I contacted local service center at Asansol, customer care at Durgapur. service center at Kolkata as well.

I do not know what to do next, as I am really helpless for last 3 months. Please do let me know if I need to lodge a legal complain. My details are as follows :
