I bought a Whirlpool Microwave 3 years ago. It was intermittently malfunctioning. However as the problem was only for brief spells I was using it sparingly. In August 2011 one evening it simply stopped working. The display window was not accepting any entries with regard to cooking settings and flashed error. I called the Whirlpool service agents several times. A technician finally attended and in a few minutes he reset it charged us Rs 390 and left. It worked a few times after that and then failed again. Sine August 2011 I have registered several times online with Whirlpool, called up the local service agents innumerable times, they say it is a faulty machine , the 'board has failed and needs to be replaced. They said they have replaced a few such machines but have no stock now. They said the board replacement is also not possible as Whirlpool is not providing spares.
MY MICROWAVE OVEN REMAINS USELESS AND THERE IS NO PROPER RESPONSE FROM WHIRLPOOL
Kindly advice on how to make Whirlpool accountable . My Microwave should be replaced as it is a defective machine.
