my father had purchased a whirlpool a.c. of 3 star royal top model from kota,rajasthan with the dealer sundaram electrotec on 01-07-2010 with bill no. B1991.
But still they had not provide the service to put that a.c. into the running status. When i call to dealer to complaint for the same case , he (mr. shanu) talked to me very rudely & also used the vulgour words. He said "jab engineers ko time milega tab tere ghar pe aa jayenge" when i asked him to talk properly, he said - " ja karle tujhe jo karna hai whirlpool wale bhi mera kuch nahi bigad sakte"

i have also launched a complaint against it to whirlpool customer care, my complaint no. is- JP0710002029 & till date they had not come to me with the solution.
now i want u to pls take some strict action against it & resolve it. i m waiting for ur response,
