I bought a whirlpool RO Elite Purafresh in Dec 2010 from tul Radio House ghaziabad. The R.O. when got installed seemed to be a old piece but when I hesitated, the installation executive from whirlpool said it is OK. The R.O. manufacturing is old but the parts are new and are in very good condition. After 2-3 months R.O. stopped working and I raised a request at Magic Care Service Centre. When the Whirlpool represntative visited my house he found 2 parts noon fucntional and asked me for replacement. I said the R.O is under warrantly so replace the part and get the needful done. The parts were changed which could cost about 3000-4000 INR. Later it was working fine but again after 2-3 months the RO started creating churning sound. I raised a complaint again. When Whilpool represntative came he noticed another part failure and replaced without charging as it was under Warranty. Now again after 3-4 months, the inlet and outlet water flow reduced drastically. I registered a complaint again and when Whirlpool Represntative visited my house, he noticed some part malfunctioning and advised replacement. I asked him not to replace any part and raised a grievance with Service Head Mr Sachin (+91-9250055579). Anohter person names Mr Anil spoke with me and started giving me explanation that i should accept the part replacement again without any charges. I asked him for a replacement of the product as I can;t keep on asking for service centre every 2-3 months for check and replacement of part. Please help me in getting the product replaced asap as this is creating lots of drinking water problem at our house. Looking for a quick and favorable reposne asasp.
