Dear Sir,

With reference to the below complaints I am sorry to inform that no body is taking proper care to rectify the problem of overflow of water from the tray. I have purchased new refrigerator in the year 2008, recently water is coming out from the de-frost tray. I made a complaint to Chennai and they have sent service personnel in the month of August 1st. but, again the problem came within 15 days and he attended on 18th August vide copm. no.8659/709. From the past two days again the water is coming out from the refrigerator and I made a complaint on 20 Sept. vide no.11149 / 215. The service person at Hyderabad Mr. Kumar (9248049529-off: Sweta 040-64583333) is telling to purchase a new tray it costs @ 1000/- to 1500/-. I do not understand what to do?
In this regard I request you to look after in to my complaint and i need justification at the earliest.

Dear sir,
with reference to your above complaints i am having problem from 3 months not even a single person is able to rectify the problem of refrigerator.the refrigerator is not getting cooled and not forming ice.we have complaint and the technician has said that gas leaking but the problem was with the capillary tube.he has charged us Rs. 2200 with complaint number 7642/867. after two days again the same problem rised no cooling in the freezer . again we have registered in customer came with complaint no.11933 technician has attended and he told that the problem is due to timer it worked for one day again no cooling in freezer. we are unsatisfied by the work of the technicians not even a single person has been able to rectify the problem. i don't know how whirlpool keeps poor technicians.we have registered four complaints but same problem with refrigerator . again on 6th of oct with complaint no.2587 technician has attended but no result same problem.i need the refrigerator to be repaired immediately.

The Company has not attended to my complaint for replacing of broken plastic handle of my whirlpool rerigrator even after lodging the complaint and giving e-mails to them from 4th May 2010 to till date.Even after so many reminders on phone and e-mails they have not replaced the broken handle.There service people have taken my broken handle but till date not replaced with new handle.
