have a Whirlpool refrigerator; it has warranty up to 2011. MY FRIDGE GIVING TROUBLE ON 28/02/2010 AGAIN. On complaint the customer care took and gave complaint number 31000638 and sent engineer .He inspect & he told this time service amount Rs.3250/- gone. I have paid this time Rs.280/- for inspection fee. I approach to customer care people to reduce the service amount. It not solved my problem. The customer support person said they will escalate this complaint to higher levels. Three weeks over after that nothing is happening. My Mobile number is 9380882014. I am from Kanchipuram. This is really bad experience after marking so many complaints there is no permanent solution received from your end. Now this time I need the permanent solution from your end. Otherwise unfortunately I have taken some legal action.



For your information:



1) Fridge purchase cost: Rs.8100

2) Already expenses spent: Rs.4500/- with bill & without bill Rs.1800/-

3) First tow year we have used as a luggage compartment, due to poor customer service your dealer (M/s. prakash agencies @ kanchipuram) not responding
