I have booked for a whirlpool refrigiratior modeled 230 ltr premium at No. 21/22, Shanmugam Road, Tambaram West,Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600045 by paying money well in advance on 23rd Oct 2011 and promised by vasanth & co to deliver the product on diwali,till date there is no product delivered to me and there is no response from those guys.Is this the respect they pay towards customers.instead of saying customers first if they do really pays respect for customers they would have responded to my calls,even that has not happened in my case.This is one of the worst ever services i have seen from a branded stores like Vasanth & co.Here after with my openion and experience i will never Opt for vasanth & co.A night mare experience shopping at Vasanth & co.Kindly advice on what can be done.
