This is regarding the so-called poor service provided by whirlpool home care in Hyderabad. On putting a complaint on 17th June, 2010 (call centre no - -040-60008558), about my refrigerator (model no – 8257, serial no- INC044211047) which stopped working, the authorized service center of whirlpool in Hyderabad (Seetal Electronics) sent one representative to inspect the problem. The person, named Mr. Sudharshan recommended gas refilling which, according to him was the reason behind why the refrigerator was not producing ice etc. We had to pay Rs.230/- (bill no -2118) for his valuable inspection followed by an amount of Rs. 1200 towards gas refilling charges on 19th( bill no - 3832).
After working properly for not even 24 hours, the refrigerator again is failing to produce ice and cooling and I believe that the problem is not because of gas leakage or shortage of gas.
Therefore, my question is whether Whirlpool is going to repay me back the gas refilling charges if the problem is not related to gas and rectify the problem? I believe putting another complaint will not be of any help as I do not think whirlpool home care has enough eligible engineer to inspect the problem properly, thus customers gets harassed more than being benefitted!
Would like to know that when my refrigerator will work properly ???
