I have taken a washing machine and the repairs was done by sriram refrigeration at chennai, and they have charged be 2500/- per visit, for the past one month they have total taken 5000 rs from me, and again the machine has stopped working on 2nd nov, and now again they sent an engg and he again is asking 3000rs, if this was the case i would better buy a new machine instead of wasting 8000 on repairs. The engg should have educated the customer and told that there was no use of repairs.
And now whirlpool customer care and srirram refrigeration is not answering my calls and keeping me on hold all the time

i want them to repair the machine and give it to me now.
