I Have bought a Whirlpool washing machine ( SPORT - Sporty Blue) on 31-10-2010
for Rs 26342.00. I bought this machine because I was informed by the seller of its
features (major being noiseless) But I was really sad when i used it.
On 25-09-2011 this machine stopped working and I called the customer care on the
29-09-11. On 01-10-2011 a company personal visited my place,after inspecting it.
He said he would return with part on 03-10-2011. As of today nobody has come back.
I have been calling the customer care almost everyday.Today when I spoke to the Service Head of the company and told him that I will go to the Consumer Court, he replied rudly,
"Go do what you want".
Please help me with a solution
