I have purchase Whirlpool Washing machine on 26 Nov 2005 at the cost Rs 24800,for the first six months it worked fine , afterwords this machine started with the errors and was not functioning properly ,we have called to the customer care at least hundred of times , since October 2006 , the engineers come and work on the machine , but the machine remain as it is , they have even took this machine to their service center but to no use,

Finally last year (Sept 2009) they exchange the machine with the replacement cost of Rs 8700. but since June 2010 the new machine again start showing error as previous one (Complain launch on 28 June 2010L0610033400) and we are facing the same problem as before.

Its a worst experience with whirlpool (Experience with 2 machine), The new machine is in guaranty period (guaranty will expire in Sept 2010), I dont want to continue with whirlpool and want cash back of machine cost which is (1st machine cost Rs 24800+ Rs3500, 2nd machine cost Rs 8700)
Please help in the matter.
