I had registered a complain on 05th of september 2011. For a small part of the water purifier but inspite of my several reminders the big company is not able to organize the part of it. . Every day I am given a date of two days later and nothing happens . I don’t understand that why do you sell the product if it is so difficult to maintain it. You don’t have enough space to keep a few spare part for your products that sounds like a big company . This was the first time I have used your product and in future will never take any thin more
