The product is under AMC and we lodged complaint on 10th Sep and we repeatedly calling them almost on every day 2-3 times using my no:9845864894 and 9901981353.

We are getting the same response stating that some one will attend the problem and so far no one has attended the problem.

My whirlpool washing machine encountered some problem. It is under warranty. I called the whirlpool customer care and they took it for repair. It has been 50 days so far and there is no respone at all. I call them daily but they say that it will take another week. I am really frustrated with this approach and want to file a case against them
