Window AC not working properly- model no. W112YR/WG18 purchased on 02/04/2007. The compressor is still under warrenty and we have logged a complaint regarding this on 21st april and the complaint number is 1004607638105The technicians visited and said that the compressor needs to be replaced as it is not able to work properly. We made calls many times still there was no action taken regarding this. It's been almost 2 months now and we are really hooked up now and I have decided to go to the comsumer court if this issue is not solved within a week . Really dissatisfied with the supervisors of Onida as no one is ready to take calls and answer the calls.
