this is to stat that i am purchase the microwave from sawalani traders akasganga bhilai.shopkeeper said that this m/c is excellence in use and single buttons to be changed at side in 2009 2-3 times service engineer come and attend the complain at home at that time service is excellence.in 2010company has change the service center.company authorized service center bhilai has managed by Mr. salendra thakkur his mobile no. is 9893246768.
we had complain on oct 2010 that our start baton was not working properly he send service engineer next day checked and said that start buttons to be changed and labour charges 330/- to be paid.he commit to come next day with start button and change.
we were regularly contact with Mr. salendra thakkur for the same 4-5 time he attend phone and said to send the service engineer but in before few days he was not attend our phone.
what can we do we donnot know. our microwave has not working yet today itself.
