Respected sir,
above 2 months ago, i had purchased the easy stich sewing machine from
tv 24 shopee pvt ltd, hyderabad.
Within few days the item was become unserviceable and i had returned to shop after communication with the customer care executive on 27 aug 2010.
The receipt of the u/s machine was confirmed by the same shop and they were telling that they will send the another peace. That time i refused to accept the same machine and rather i ordered the doctor-t which is also a product of the same company after deducting the leftover amount.
But they sent me the same item without deducting the amount of easy stich machine, postman told to pay 2000/- for which i have refused to pay.

But my problem is the company neither sending me the doctor t product nor they are returning my money.
Whenever i call the customer care executive, they are not even ready to listen my problem and they dont disclose their name and always tell that speak to manager.

I have tried nearly 200times to convince them but that people are so irresponsible.

Kindly look in to this matter please.
