With eureka forbes I have worst experience I ever had in my life, on 3rd Jan 2012 morning I requested for repair of my aquaguard Duo RO+UV water purifier which was purchased 2 months back. The machine is running continuously but the water is not getting loaded to the tank. i have registered a complaint no. 65106772 but till date no one has visited even called to check the status of my complaint. I have made almost 15 calls in the last three days to the customer service and there is absolutely no proper response. They are just concentrating on their sales and making the existing customer sick!
I would no longer recommend this brand to anyone in future.
