Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your kind notice, my name is K.Swamy Prakash (9900095447) from BANGALORE. I had given an complain on 05/05/10 stating my refrigerator door has got broken and i want the door cap to be replaced. my complain no. is 1852. Till today I am not able to get any solution.
I dont know what type of company is this, who dont care for their customer. I have a 3 yr old son at home and it is very difficult to run the house with out refrigerator.
I am sure if you were in my place, you will no the pain i am going through.

IN MY LIFE I WILL NEVERY BUY WHIRLPOOL PRODUCT.

your have Literally scrued my life.

when every i speak to the service station, they say with in 3 day's they wil get it done. in 30 days you get 10* 3 days. and i dont know how many more days i have to wait. PEOPLE IN YOUR SERVICE STATION DONT KNOW THE VALUE OF TIME. THEY THINK THEY ARE NEXT TO GOD. The contact no. of your service station is 0803212333, just in case if you dont remember.
