Dear Sir/Madame,

I lodged a complaint for repair of my Philips music system on the phone with Philips customer care in December 2009. They passed on the complaint to Hitech, Noida which they said was the only service centre for Philips.

Hitech sent their representative who said the system was working fine and there was nothing wrong & took Rs.550/- as his visiting charges. The next day itself the problem persisted. I made another complaint and the same man came & said the system had to be delivered to their centre. I delivered the system (on my own cost) to their centre , they kept it with them for 10 days & on my persistance returned the system & said they had changed some parts for which they charge me money and delivered at my residence in my absence.

The system was still not working & on making calls to Hitech, they sent the same man after a week & said the system will be observed at their centre.

The system is still lying with them. It has been over a month now and they are still not able to rectify the problem and do not intend to return it to me.

It is really pathatic that a complany like Philips has such poor service centres who take 4 months to identify the problem and give their customers such stress & tensions. Their service centre & the customer care is only earning disgrace to the company.

I Request you to help to kindly help me get my system in good working condition or the company should replace the system or give me a compensation.
