I bought a split 1.5 Ton AC vertis classic model(VOLTAS) on 9.5.2010 from M/s Gharana Gallery, Pipal Road, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi. After 12-13 days the Timer of Remote/AC stop functioning. I lodged complain on 25.5.10 (10my2504646 ) but no reply recd. from Voltas. Then again on 29.5.10 I lodged fresh complain (10my2902129) then Technician of Franchisee of Voltas M/s Suri Aircon, Patel Garden, New Delhi-59 attended the complain and reported that Remote is to be replaced. But after many many persual through telephone calls/ E mail and FAX with the following persons no result comes till date.

The voltas vertis AC was bought by us on 13 july2009. It started creating problem right after its first service only . A complaint was logded at your call center under no.10my2500018.instead of comfort we got only harrassment as till this date my problem has not been solved inspite of several visits to the service station. This is what company is doing to the customers and this is what you people are doing to your customers ,enjoying fully at our cost in the AC offices and doing nothing for the suffrers like us . We sent e-mails to the area,regional and all India centres, to mr.Ashok Hasija,mr. Anil Mehta----------
