    Thumbs down Wrong Remote Control Provided & Pathetic Service By Sony Customer Care Department.

    Hi,

    I purchased Sony Bravia LED TV Model number - KDL - 32Ex420 on 25th Dec 2011 from Sahni Agencies Pvt. Ltd. (Shop No. 248, IInd Floor, Ambience Mall Gurgaon).
    The dealer had provided provide me wrong remote control i.e. he had provided remote control of LCD TV instead of LED TV. I had already visited over many times, but he isn’t providing correct remote control.
    Also i had called up your customer care helpline 1800-103-7799 for the same issues to register a complaint regarding this issue. But to my dismay the CCE (Shashank) over their denied to register a complaint regarding the issue. When the call was transferred to supervisor on my request, the supervisor (Jaiprakash) talked in very rude & derogatory manner & denied to help in any manner. Also when i asked his designation he replied that he won’t answer any stupid question & denied to reveal his designation.

    I can’t understand is this the way you treat your customers?

    I would like to strongly condemn the way your customer care people handles the customers. If possible try to listen to the call, you must come to know the ground realities of the services that you are providing to your customers.

    Pls help to provide me correct remote control & take appropriate action against Shashank & Jaiprakash.

    Thanks for replying for customers concern after “7 DAYS”.

    This is just another feather added the Pathetic services been provided to customers by Sony India LTD.

    The details which you are asking can be fetched from your database. This is just another way of resolution delay.

    The complaint number provided by e-mail department is – 9309805.

    But i doubt the correctness of this as i had spoken on your customer care number to confirm the status of this number. To my great dismay i was told that this is no complaint number & it is an invalid number.

    Also i want to highlight that the LED T.V. which is provided to me isn’t brand new seal packed T.V. The dealer had provided me their T.V. which was on their for sample display.

    Still waiting for a valid justification for the deficiency in services & the rude & impolite behavior of customer care executives over the helpline.
