Yugaantar services ha dteh franchise of Panasonic appliances. I got their no through an Eclectronics store. However, they have cheated me. have charged me Rs 2000/- fr repairing my microwave which never worked properly after they claimed to have repiared it. They said the keypad needs to be changed. However, even after changing the keypad, one had to puch in the time 2 or more no of times for it to run.
And after a couple of days, it stopped working altogether.
Tehreafter, a mechanic from a Panasonic authorised service centre came and and said that the keypad is not an original one.
Now they are refusing to refund my money. On top of that the proprietor /head ofthe unit - Sanjay - is rude and insulting. He actually turned back and said "let's see what can do...we will not refund your money". Only because I was threatened to complain in a consumer forum.
Such companies should not be allowed to function...their licence should be cancelled.

Sorry, some typo errors are there. I meant to write that Yugaantar had the franchise for repairof Panasonic appliances which they lost /gave up. However, they did not inform me...and then the rest is mentioned in my earlier post.
