I am a Tenant, staying at 8-41/3, First Floor, Ravindra Nagar Colony, Habsiguda, Hyderabad- 500007.
I pay monthly Electricity Bill to APCPDCL( Cash payment to Land lord ) for Service Number- 1302 06833. Government has started charging FSA on my bill for the same Service number given above, which fluctuates month on month. Some of the months it is INR 255/- and some of the months it is INR 600/-.
When I call the customer service number 155333 they just can’t help as they just deal with power cut problems only. They gave phone numbers for Habsiguda Circle but no one answer that phone as well. This has left my query un-answered and i have to pay what the bill shows to avoid late fees or disconnection.
The October bill due on 22-11-2012 had 775.25/- as meter charges and 641.65 as FSA charges, which is almost same as what i am paying for the electricity I am using.
Request you please look into this, as the bill is varying every month with no explanation

WOW WOW……. APCPDCL you are collecting money from dead people. Don’t know how much bribe money APCPDL given to judge to get this right to collect money from dead people, also thanks to AP Govt for supporting this.
I’m new to HYD and my original electricity bill is RS 191 but I’m paying RS624 as per APCPDCL FSA policy (rented house).
I can say one thing here it’s a monopoly of APCPDCL and handicap AP GOVT.

APCPDCL making fool to all people. no one know how they truely used the such fuel in that year or not…. wht kind of FSA is this ???

I am neelam Ravinder from 13-1-30/1, Babbuguda, AGI Glass factory Road, Borabanda, hyderabad – 500018. APCPDCL meter readers operaters are not working properly due to they are prepared electricity bill cum notice for the month of December 2012 with wrong reading against SC No. SZ2130261; SZ2130262 & SZ127263 w.r.t earlier bill reading. I request you to, kindly check bills reading and rectify the problem and solve the issue ad close the same immediately

I am Satya Sru from A3, 16-5-1B, Sri Rama Nagar, Rajahmundry. My Electricity Meter No. is 1432044104 115529. I received Current Bill for Dec’12 -Jan’13 as below. Bill units – 9, Minimum Charge : Rs.150, Customer Charges : Rs.25, Tax : Rs.0.54, FSA 2010-11 :Rs.21.61, FSA 2012-13 : Rs.144.70 + 0.15, Total : Rs.342. Its really cheating by Electricity board. as my consumption is 9 units . No one is there in house during total month. why should i pay FSA . why this type of cheating on public. It should think by worst government, even board authorities.

Dear Sir,

The service number – 11002 03587 and Unique Service NUmber is 102137356. I did contact below numbers, but did not any reliable response. I was redirected to another number and there also the same redirection. I was tild next month it will be adjusted. previous month I got 1150 rupees and this month again it is 718 rupees. I really dont understand what is happening. As per this month bill dated 11th Aug the meter reading is 3199 units, but strange when I checked today morning (18th Aug) the meter shows reading as 3172 units.

I think nobody is taking the reading, in bill it is put based on wish or kind of any number they wish they put. It is really bad. Can you please send somebody who can at least call me at the time of reading the meter. We hope the government should take action on this seriously. As there is a faith of each customer on the person who takes reading.

I request you please dont redirect me to some body again and its kind of going from one desk to another. Please take action on this.
