Pathetic Beam Fiber Internet Customecare response – Consumer court procedures reqd

I had raise a ticket for shifting of my Beam internet connection on 8 Dec 2012. As per the customer care([B]Customer Care : 040 66 27 27 27[/B]) the procedure was to be completed within next 7 days(ticket no 6888868). Once they failed to shift the connection I contacted the customer care several times and each time the replay was same “We will ensure our team will contact you in next 48hrs”. After making 8 unsuccessful conversation with the customer care I physically visited the Bean Fiber office ([B]Road No – 10 Banjara Hills,Hyderabad[/B]) twice, where the executive promised me action within next few hrs.
I am left with no other option but to go for Consumer forum as I don’t find anyone taking any responsibility. My personal as well as professional commitments are badly affected due to this no responsiveness from the Beam Fibers. I am yet to calculate the losses and would like to know how I can get compensated for it.
