Pathetic Beam Fiber Internet Customecare response – Consumer court procedures reqd

I had raise a ticket for shifting of my Beam internet connection on 8 Dec 2012. As per the customer care([B]Customer Care : 040 66 27 27 27[/B]) the procedure was to be completed within next 7 days(ticket no 6888868). Once they failed to shift the connection I contacted the customer care several times and each time the replay was same “We will ensure our team will contact you in next 48hrs”. After making 8 unsuccessful conversation with the customer care I physically visited the Bean Fiber office ([B]Road No – 10 Banjara Hills,Hyderabad[/B]) twice, where the executive promised me action within next few hrs.

I am left with no other option but to go for Consumer forum as I don’t find anyone taking any responsibility. My personal as well as professional commitments are badly affected due to this no responsiveness from the Beam Fibers. I am yet to calculate the losses and would like to know how I can get compensated for it.

    I bhavani of your newly customer.my account no. is 454075.recently i will connect the internet of beam.In starting days means 1st and 2nd days the speed will ok.but at the last one week the speed is very slowly. so please solve this problem as soon as possible.
