Hathway has provided sunny cable as their point of contact for kandivali east customers. I took their connection for 11months. Now since 28th August the cable has gone bust and is not showing anything. On contacing Hathway customer care they ask us to go to the office of Sunny cable guys and have not taken any liabilityfor their subscription. This attitude of Hathway is annoying as it has to take responsibility for its franchises providing connection. If the franchise outlet poeple stop responding than they have to take up the task of providing proper service.
This attitude of Hathway makes me look for the proper and standard DTH providers like Airtel and Tata Sky.
I request the authorities to look up for the trouble and clear the mess that Hathway has created.
