Self ordered a Zen ultrata A100 from Zen thru Home shop 18. The set was not working. After rigorous calling and follow up i went to Patna Zen service center wherein an ambiguous answer was given to me like software orrupted , cable wire not working,,After 15 days i recieved cable and that too i need to go Zen Godown where it was given to me. After few days the same problem started again with additiona problem of my ultratab getting hanged every few minutes,,,,After that i have called Home shop 18 people several times but as on date no body had given me the solution. This was purchased by me to give it to my wife as gift,,,,but in turn i have been mentally and emotionally been harrased vy Home shop 18 as well as Zen people. Now i want either the replacement or my cash back in lieu of the above which is very genuine.
