I have placed an order for Lee Men’s Casual Jeans on Tradus.com on 22nd Jul-2013. The Order has been paid through online credit card payment. The billing location was in Bangalore and the product had to be shipped to Mumbai. The Tradus.com Order No: 10070062. The Order has been shipped on 26th July -2013 from the vendor (100BestBuy.com) through INDIA ON TIME Express Courier. The Docket Number is 70012865311. The Order has reached from Bangalore to Mumbai(Andheri Office of IndiaonTime.com on 27th July, 2013). When i check that online in the Portal it shows, the shipment is out for delivery daily and they are telling address is wrong. I have even provided the image of Passport whihc shows that the address is correct. But the courier guys have not delivered till date. More over when I call the Customer Support team they don’t pick up the phone. So, I request the Consumer forum help me solving the issue.
