Koutons Combo (Pack of 5 Shirts) at just Rs 999

I have purchased a product online through http://www.100bestbuy.com, product description ( Koutons Combo (Pack of 5 Shirts) at just Rs 999. Limited Time.) payment was made through net banking on November 21, 2013.

They are not able to deliver the product on time and whenever i used to call on their customer care number, every time the their Customer care executive hanged up the call in the middle, afterwards it was not connected. and i also complaint number time on thier email id`s, no satisfactory result has come out till yet.

i am clearly mentioned on dated December 06, 2013 for the cancellation of order for which i have made the payment through net banking of the reference id 27904301 on dated November 21, 2013.
Aint you people understand the customer problem, where you people are not able to provide the services.

If your company will not refund the money then i`ll take up this case in the court. This is a serious issue. do not take this on a lighter node.

i have already sent the mail for the cancellation of order for the reference number 27904301..

kindly refund my money back into my account as you have promises to me on December 18, 2013 which will be credit into my account in 72 hours.

so , i do not want that parcel…refund my money, on November21, 2013
i have made the payment.

Dear Sir./Ma`am

I have ordered the Koutons (combo of 5 men luxury shirt)
have placed the order on November 20, 2013 and made the payment through Netbanking (HDFC BANK)

Many times i have called the number which you have given on your website..your customer care executives will not given any correct information.

Case1: first time when i called before made the payment and asked and checked whether it available in the stack or not.
Your CC Exe. replies yes it is in stock, in the next moment i have made the payment through net banking.

But no mail nor message nor in your website customer login as yet received from you that order is confirmed.

This kind of service you people are provide.

Case 2: second time i have called, CC Exe. give me the reference number and consignment number of the order and again they have not given the mail nor sms after reminding the same. and hanged up the call in the middle.

Case 3: when i called gain that parcel we have received back, will send you some other courier i.e, blue dart will give u the consignment number, even not completed the conversation and hanged up the call.

case 4: when called again they have said call me tomorrow and when i called for the consignment number, CC EXe. tole me it is out of stock.

if u can`t deliver then cancel my order and return back my money.

I am pissed of from your executives and will never recommend your site to others. Your CC executives dont have the patience and not even having an attitutde to resolve the issues..

If you have can understand the problem of an customer then plsssssssssss…revert back…

Same deal i have order on December 02, 2013 as COD, reference number 27684787, which i have received on December 06, 2013.

i have order the Kouton Men`s shirt, the order which i received MARK TAYLOR SHIRT , on the cover it is mentioned blue, but inside the parcel all shirts are in Black base with common patten in lining. we have placed the order of the size 40 and u dispatched the size 38 , now it is no use for me.

So i want to cancel me order which i have placed on November 21, 2013 reference number 27904301 and kindly return back my money.

For your information i am attaching the photographs of the parcel and the images of the shirt and material is also changed.what u said and what u deliver is a big difference.

so i would not like to continue this order and expedite the same
