Following complaint was mailed by me to the customer care center of MAXX Mobilink Pvt. Ltd. on 1/10/2013 but the mail ID provided by the MAXX Mobilink (firstname.lastname@example.org,email@example.com,firstname.lastname@example.org)but the email id for customer care is not valid as the mail service is restricted by the company. Hence i am not able to launch the complaint in proper way.I made contact with the Company Executive 10 times since i am suffered this problem on the tel. no. 022-33662222 but i am getting the answer that “You call after 8 days then we will be able to give the status of your handset” .As far as the conversation is going on it seems that it will at least take one month to get my handset back from the Company. It is really annoying situation for me as if it takes that much time then both my SIM CARDS which i am using in that Mobile will get blocked by the telecomm operator as they will remain unused. The service and feedback provided by the Company is completely unsatisfactory and also the Company do not have any policy as within how many days the specific complaint by the consumer will be solved.
I am doing this correspondence to you with high expectation that you will look into this matter positively and help to get proper solution for problem within time.
The Hand Set was defective and went off many a times automatically. Hence, the hand set was given for repairs at Max Com, Mahavir Tower Shop No.4, Thane (W) on September 25, 2013 (Job Sheet No. RO/D54/1314/0009040). I was assured to get back my hand piece within 7 days. After the stipulated duration when called on 9819970686 and 022-25454694 to the concerned person, I being informed that it will take another 20-30 days to receive the hand set (approx. a month).
I have contacted the Customer Care of Maxx Mobile at Customer Care of Maxxmobile, where I am being asked to contact after 8 days to get the information regarding the status of the hand set.
It is to bring to your notice that, if the sim card is not working for a longer time the sim card gets blocked by the service provider without any intimation and I will have follow a long procedure to get the same started by contacting the gallery and the same documentation procedure has to be followed.
I regret to say that, this delay and the service such provided to me is sheer harassment and wastage of time and money . I expect to take this complaint of mine seriously and give my hand set OR replace the same with a new one at the earliest. Failing to receive the same, I would not hesitate to take legal action against the concerned and also approach the media.
