we ordered a mobile(Micromax Smartfone A100 Canvas) phone from my virtual plaza on 18.10.2012 at 9.3o a.m. The site was showing that the product will be placed in 1-3 working days, but till now they fail to deliver the product to the said addresss.Every time when we call they fail to give any details regarding the delivery of product. I put several mails to the provided email Id but they never respond to the same. I asked for the refund of my credit which i already paid to them for the product through credit card of Rs.9999 but after getting all details regarding my Credit card No. & IFSC code through mails and telephonic conversation they didnot refund the same. After I asked for refund they make new story for the product availibity,they told me that mobile was out of stock now we have it and same will be delivered to you today(18.10.2012) and the Document No. of the courier will be provided to you in the evening by 6.00 p.m. but till now we haven’t receive any document No. or any Mail confirmation regarding the product dispatch.

      placed my order on My virtual plaza website on 18th Jan 2013 Friday and paid Rs 9800/- for the mobile through my debit card as the price mentioned on their website. It is mentioned on their website that all products are delivered within 1-7 days after you place an order. It’s been 19 days now that the product has not reached me yet.

      Despite several emails sent at various email id’s as per their website and calls that never went through since the custome care nos flashing on their websites are not working. Neither anybody is replying to emails, nor giving the product delivery stautus and are not even bothered to deliver the product or inform the customer.

      I just need the amount Rs 9800/- that I paid for order no MVP0017948to be refunded to me ASAP.

      I have emailed my bank account details in the mail sent to info@myvirtualplaza.com.

      Mr. Rupesh Kumar,
      As you are neither responding for mail nor attending the calls, it would be a relief if you mention why there is no any response from yous site. Or else it would simply lead to complications and mis-communications. If the product is out of stock, you can just notify us by sending a reply mail or refund the money back for people who wish to opt out. We will wait till we get the product. Even I ordered a Miromax Canvas A110 phone on 2nd Feb 2013. there is no response from your side. I would be pleased if there is a response stating when I would be reciving my phone.     Even i think i have also slipped into the tempting price of micromax A110 mobile. Since there is no other site offering this phone all sites have out of stock. due to this MVP got a lot of bookings for this phone and now they are not able to fulfil the orders. on of personnel said they are going to receive product on thrusday ie 20. but i dont think that even after thrusday they will be able to ship product since even micromax is having shortage of this product .     I also have the same experience with my virtual plaza I had booked the micromax A110 on 18-12 -12,for which their sales person rupesh kept on promising for 3 days after which there CEO Ravindranath promised the said phone by 25-12-12, but again same story ,not receiving calls or phone busy, this is not done if u can’t deliver return the money at earliest.

    Guys we all have been victims of a fraudulent Company My Virtual Plaza.
    I have spoken to Inspector Salim of Banjara Hills Police Station (04027852495) he has advise as per the address given on their website it is on the 3rd Floor, but the fact is that the building mentioned is of only 2 Floors.
    They have received 14 Complaints about the company so far & they are actively searching for the concern person..

    I have placed an order No. MVP0010741 for Micromax A110 on 14th December, 12. On the 6th day I have mailed saying the product has not arrived. For that they replied “Due to very less supply of MMX A110 your shippment is bit delayed. It will be shipped on 22nd December “ I have waited till 22nd i.e on 8th day but they have not sent, I have called them so many times they have not received the phone call. Later they picked and replied its due to some management problem we will check this and send. Then many times we called but no proper answer. We will check and inform you but till now they have not taken any care. This is the 12th day after payment has been made. Their service is worst, they are misleading the people. No proper reply, response to our calls. They do not have the courtesy to call and inform what is the status of purchase, shipping ad why it is delayed. if we make a call just they says i will check it. we lost lot of currency for these inquiry. this is making us not to shop on line anything.

    If you do like this I am deciding to go for consumer court.

    guys dont panic, i think due to over bookings they are not able to serve all of us at same time. they are dispatching the products in lots of 30 or 40 that is 30 orders at a time. and based upon our order number we will receive this product. this is highly inconvenient though. but we shall wait as we cant do anything else

    I was in the same position as you until yesterday
    My order no was MVP0010268 , so you guys can compare ur order nos with mine and understand the delay accordingly
    i had ordered it on 12/12/12 and got it yesterday 27th dec 2012,
    the problem is that this mobile phone is in terrific demand and the supply doesnt meet the demand, so you cant really blame the Merchant vendor, yes they can stop taking the orders and start clearing the qued ones !! but they are still taking orders, anyways you need to wait a little more and keep tracking the website ( order tracking ) once you get the courier no as the status within a days time it will reach ur place, the vendor is geniune just that they should pick up the phone and speak to the customer and inform them about the status, and also if there is a que then stop taking the orders until the previous ones are cleared. the phone is really good so i suggest pls wait, i understand what must be going on with you since i went thru the same until yesterday .. so keep cool and wait for 3-4 business days

      As per your order details you got the product atleast after 15 days.
      In my case I placed the order on 18th Jan 2013 and today is 8th Feb ,2013 which is more than 20 days. No information, no mail , no call . My wait doesn’t seem to end.

    guys there is no need to panic … neither you people require to go to police or cyber crime branch. As SWAPNIL told us there is really a huge demand of this phone and every vendor is unable to meet the demand. The company is not fraud …. they do pick up phones but with some delay. My order has been shipped yesterday i booked it on 16th dec. just wait.
    They are not able to stop new bookings as this will exaggerate the people like us who booked it earlier as they will have to mention out of stock on website. Just have faith on them they are newbies thats why this is happening.

    As i have posted earlier i was also feeling liking killing them..
    But after talking to Rupesh – 09492571156 & Sajid – 09676499664(trying to call them for 7 days) he told me that they had outsourced their Cust Serv which created all the problems, but now they are handling everything..
    Even i hv received my MMX 110 yesterday in a very good condition.
    I had also filled a complaint against them @ Banjara Hills Police station, which i will take it back.
    Yes they are dispatching 30-40 products everyday..
    Enjoy our phone guys its great…(Offcourse when it comes)

      If they are not fraud then they can even reply to emails or pick up the phones.

      It has been more than 48 hours i have sent them email but still no reply.

      I have complained directly to EBS(payment Gateway). If they get more complains they will cancel their license, after that they cannot accept payment from anyone.

    I have sent you a message earlier as well, i understand that you are all upset on the non delivery, but hang on , it will come, it is a good phone and out of supply, the demand is greater than the supply in the case of this phone, but it will come, so dont panic, i have been using my phone for a couple of days now ,works fine and im sure u will be happy to when you get it, remember the price at which you are getting it is much cheaper than the other available vendors and even they too are out of stock .. I sent out so many mails No one responded, finally a guy sajid from myvirtualplaza called me and said I will get the mobile on 11th of January. I told them to refund and I dont want the product at all but they are not refunding. Can anyone tell me how should I deal with them.

    I am one more victim. I ordered the Micromax A110 on 30/12/2012 for Rs9949 OrderNo – MVP0014446 . I paid the money using net banking. As per the guidelines the order should be delivered within 6-7 days but it’s been more than 10 days now. I wrote so many times to the same email addresses and dialed there customer care numbers Telephone: 040 – 23562071 Mobile: +91- 9701123667 but no response. If they are not fraud then why don’t they respond to the customers? and ideally they should stop taking orders if there are demand and supply gaps…

    If any one can suggest by what time I’ll get my product?

      today, in the morning, i spoke to mr. sajid from MVP on 09676499664, he confirmed that the order will be dispatched by the evening and status will be changed @ MVP website but nothing moved and mr. sajid’s no. is switched off after 5 PM.
      How unprofessional.
      Don’t know i would be able to get the phone or I am just the next victim of this fraud.

    I have ordered phone (Micromax – A110) through “MyVirtualPlaza” on 31st Dec -12.

    At the time of Order it was mentioned that shiiping will be done in 1-5 days, but

    on 6th Jan when i called up they specified there is some delay and shipping will be

    done on 9th Jan. Again during the followup on 9th they informed about extend the

    shipping date, that time i asked them to cancel my order and refund the amount

    (Rs. 9949). “MyVirtualPlaza” metioned that refund will be done on the same day.
    Now its already 8 days over and “MyVirtualPlaza” is not providing any status even

    no reponse on email & phone numbers ( 040 – 23562071 & 91- 9701123667) which they

    have specified on the net is also switched off/always busy.

    Amount of refund Pending – Rs. 9949.

    I also read this web site after I placed the order today for Micromax A110. I do not know whether they will deliver the phone on time, but after reading all the complains in this web site I have lost confidence. The problem with this company is that they are haven’t mentioned that the product is out of stock. If you look for this phone in any web sites like ebay.in, flipkart.com etc. then you will find that it is out of stock. MyvirtualPlaza.com is doing wrong if they are not marking Micromax A110 as “out of stock” if they do not have enough stock.

    I have also tried calling their customer care number, but failed. I placed the order after my colleague bought this phone from my virtual plaza and he got the phone delivered within 7 days. So, I still have faith in them.

    If anyone is reading this, then please be careful before placing order for this product. Make sure you ask the customer care about the availability of this phone.

    After a long chase, I could speak to Mr. Rupesh, who sounded very nice. He explained the main reason behind this delay, which I can understand. He has assured me the delivery of product within 7-9 days. This issue, as he told me, is only for Micromax A110, which is no doubt, is in huge demand and out of stock with dealers and websites. If I have heard and understood him correctly, the reason he gave me for not displaying “out of stock” for the product is because Micromax might not supply them the stock.

    After talking to him, I do not think this company is into any fraud. It is just that this product has created some huge demand that this company is not able to meet this demand. But I am sure they are trying their best. We must be a little patient, because no other website is giving A110 at such price (Check it out if you do not believe).

    I have written many emails but no proper response yet received.

    I don’t understand one thing if product is out of stock with vender then why they are taking orders online and on web site its shows its in stock. Its simply just making customer fool.

    I have personally contact with guy on mobile number 09701123667 and they told me that you are not getting complain for any products other than Micromax A110 canvas 2 and this is due to shortage of Micromax A110 canvas 2 mobile in market. I am totally agreed with them for this situation. But objection is for why they are not receiving call from customer? hardly they receive ones after lots of tries and also 04023562071 is always comes busy and cut automatically.

    If they are getting shortage for this product and not full fill delivery on time then they should money back as soon as possible and by doing this they should maintain their reputation in market. If they are doing same continuously, customer faith will gone totally from online purchase and also believes that their site is fake and doing cheating with peoples.

    So i hope that they should take appropriate action for this situation either provide product on time or money back and this is better for both with “WIN WIN Condition”.

If they don’t have product available at their end, they have no right to display with flashy pics, price tag and promise delivery will be within 1-7 days. Horrible experience with MVP… Stay away from this site people.. Waiting for any damn reply from MVP. It gives me many reasons to sue this bloody fake company..

    Now I also think they are fraud.
    If they are not fraud then they can even reply to emails or pick up the phones.

    It has been more than 48 hours i have sent them email but still no reply.

    I have complained directly to EBS(payment Gateway). If they get more complains they will cancel their license, after that they cannot accept payment from anyone.

    I have ordered a mobile (Micromax A110 ) phone from http://www.myvirtualplaza.com on 16th Jan 2013 through my credit card . Just after ordering the phone i saw the huge list of complaints against this website due to which i mailed to info@myvirtualplaza.com asking about the cancellation procedure but there was no response. From the same date till date am trying to call up all the contact nos available in the website ie: 040 – 23562071 & +91- 9701123667 but none of the nos got connected even once . The option Track Your Order in the website always shows the same message -”‘ The order is in proces. If you find any discrepancy in the displayed information please contact us on info@myvirtualplaza.com.”‘ I tried mailing this email also but there was no response. The product was suppose to be delivered within 7 days ; even on this 9th day they haven’t replied back , not even for a query .
    On taking all these into account am planning to proceed with the court at the earliest and also request to blacklist and ban this website.

    I have ordered mciromax A110 mobile on 20th January and still waiting for my mobile phone. Even they are not updating status neither there phone number working or replying on mail.
    I have been contionusly following with there Representative MR. Rupesh, and he also telling lie that they dispatched today or tomorrow.
    I got last update from Mr Rupesh that they will dispatch my mobile on Thursday. Let see tomorrow what will happen.
    If they are not going not dispatch tomorrow then i will cancel my order and log a FIR in police station for fraud and 420. and spread all his contact details to all social site and do one case in consumer court for fraud business.
    They people do not have least respect for customers. they all are just running a fake and fraud business.
    Please keep away with this site and log a complain in police station .

    I would share my personal experience with this online merchant. I hve to admit that initially my experience was as bad as yours. Ten thousand hard earned money going to the drain. I was furious but after a lot of research and browsing, I somehow got hold of their senior executive, Mr. Rupesh. He sounded very pleasing and genuine. I had no option but to trust him. He promised to deliver my phone on a date but finally could not on that date but he shipped it within 3 days of his initial promise, which I thought was fair enough. Today at 5-30 i got my set in perfect condition at exactly the 9th day since I ordered it. It was properly sealed and packed with all necessary papers.

    Guys i request you to not panic. Jst give them some time. I blve they r newbies and not all that well equipped to handle such a lot of sudden demand of a particular product but am sure they wud learn from their experiences. I had practically called mr Rupesh everyday and kept on pursuing him badly and eventually got my product shipped perhaps ahead of a few people who had purchased before me. I request you to have patience. you all wud get your order delivered, its my guarantee…:-)

    One suggestion for my virtual plaza also. Peoples’ trust is the most imp thing in a business of such a kind. I know you r not up to any frauds or anything. You want to grow along with your business. i suggest that you stop looking at immediate gains and focus on longterm reputation. Remember buyers r not able to see you so the reputation is most important. Try and make customer experience a delight and not anxiety and tension. If the first experience is bad, hardly a buyer wud come back to you a second time. I can tell u, i would never buy another product from you even though i got my product delivered just for the reason that these 9 days were sleepless for me. You could have easily made it peaceful but its just your inefficiency and mismanagement that you could not. Anyways good luck and pl try to do as i said, it wud b good for you.

      I fully agree with dibyendu. I had almost the same experience. My phone (a white A110) was shipped to me on the third day of placing the order. I also kept on calling Sajid and Rupesh on their mobile phones. They do not always answer the call but if you get to speak with them, they will calm you down. In my case, I had to gift the mobile to my wife, so they were very nice to neatly gift wrap the phone and I was really impressed by this :).

      However, this was the first and the last time I placed order with this web site. Had the experience of shopping been good, I would have definitely bought more items. Like dibyendu mentioned, I would not trust any company who are not fair in dealing with their customers. As if they have not learned from their mistakes, they are still committing more mistakes. They are advertising Micromax A116 as if it is available for immediate purchase. As far as I know, Micromax has not yet started selling this phone.

I have gone through the all reviews posted on this site and it gave me some relief that at least people are getting this product after long delay.
    I don’t have resistances to wait after 9 days of order date. If I don’t get my product or refund then I will place complaint to the Police.

    I had seen a this mobile phone Micromax Canvas 2A110 on there website and since it was not available anywhere i decided to buy this from there website as it was little cheaper on the website too. so last friday 25jan2013 morning 10:24 am i made the payment by my friends Visa credit card as there was no cash on delivery option i have rec a payment succesfull mail(from – donotreply@ebs.in) and the order I.D mail (from- info@myvirtualplaza.com)from there end and since then i am trying to reach them and for further information about the product had dropped several mails to(( shaik@myvirtualplaza.com),Sajid and ,CEO Ravinranath also ) the I.d given on the websites but there is no answer as yet and they never ans the call the given num is always busy .please sir help me out of it i dont want they come out as fraud and since the payment has been done by my friend how will i pay for nothing .

    As those concern people are so careless about the customer that they never replied on mails or phones. They actually need tell us that what is the problem and when we will get this product.
    In future I will never even think to buy from this website.
    If I don’t get any info or product after 9 days from ordered date then surely I will place complaint in the police station.

        yes , its possible you go to your bank and give the transaction id of the purchase ie from ebs.in [ a merchant provider ] , the bank will accept your request and place a chargeback for the said transaction then it will be forwarded to the merchant holder via ebs.in if they are not able to give any proof for the transaction ie signed receipt or proof of delivery , within 7 days then it will be automatically converter to charge back and the amount will be credited to the buyers account without the any permission of the myvirtualplaza. icici bank do accept these request.

    Thanks to this forum that i was saved.Since i did nt foud COD option outisde Hyderabd i prevented myself from ordering this .A piece of advice , buy online when there is COD options else dont buy it .Thats why flipkart is always best , today they have updated the status of Micromax A110 as ” the product is discontinued “.2 days before it was “Out of Stock” .Actually and yes the one who suffers understand the pain ,money does not grow on trees …even in facebook , its easy to say for people that they bought from virtualplaza etc but they are the people who have got it and are not the suffers

As per the guidelines the order should be delivered within 6-7 days but it’s been more than 10 days now. If they are not fraud then why don’t they respond to the customers? and ideally they should stop taking orders if there are demand and supply gaps…

I spoke to a correspondent over the phone before placing the order and got confirmed about the phone availability, they assured me that the phone will get delivered within 10 working days but i am yet to receive the product on the given address and none of the given contact number of the website is working as they say that the number dialed is no more at service and the mobile number comes switched off. My Transaction id is MVP0019692. I want a refund of money in my account as i find the shopping forum to be fraud and many have come up with same complaints. Please do the needful or else i have to move to the consumer court, file FIR etc

    I don’t have resistances to wait after 18 days of order date. If I don’t get my product or refund then I will place complaint to the Police.

    as per wat i had a chat wit mr. rupesh, the cell is in too much demand and the supply is less hence the delay. i understand everyones fear as even i share the same. ive order canvas 2 on 22nd jan and not recieved it. the problem i ve with viryual plaza is weak customer support system as no one picks up the call n so has mr. rupesh started to do so. rupesh u told me tht orders of 22nd would b delivered by saturday or max monday. today is tuesday and yet the order is in process as per track my order option. Ive been paitent and co opertaed. but this lack of response is really annoying.!!

    Finally my has been cancelled and MVP(Rupesh) is going to refund the amount paid againest the Mobile,
    I did not get any product or single mail from MVP after waiting for 13 days.
    I was assuerd by Rupesh (through msg although his incoming calls are on hold still he can receive msg and reply back) that he will dispatch the product on 7th Feb still he did not, then i asked to him for money back (through msg) then he replied by msg that send account details then i have sent account details to him on

    he cancelled my order i got the cancellation mail and now just waiting to get refund as he has said that he will refund with in two days. lets see for next two days.

    I will keep updating you. if you get any info then please keep updating here so all victums can some info to get product or refund.

But when i started sending mails to everybody in loop they responded. & as confirmed they delivered me the phone after two weeks as they didn’t had the stock.     I got my money refunded today after a week’s struggle and need not say many sleepless nights! It was indeed hard days of my life and will not fizzle out soon from my mind…..
    What matters most is that i have been refunded back the money but i kept pestering them a lot. Phone calls ,email, sms…all in all i left no stone unturned.
    Mr Rupesh keeps his Incoming calls barred but if u can sms him and somehow get to reach him, talk to him politely , dun become aggressive and follow him up . I am sure you would either get your money back or the phone ,like many who are saying they are getting after a long wait. On a a personal note i would say Please please do not go for purchase from any online shopping portals , even if you do make sure you click the option for cash on delivery

      They are a very big fraud.
      they told you it will be shipped on Saturday and they told me it has been shipped on Wednesday and will be delivered to you by Saturday. When i asked for tracking details, they said it has not yet came, will be updated on website. On Thursday I asked for tracking details and their reply was the have not yet received the tracking details bcoz the product has been shipped directly by the vendors and will be delivered to you by Saturday.

      They are just eating the customers money.

As per the guidelines the order should be delivered within 6-7 days but it’s been more than 22 days now. I wrote so many times to the same email addresses and dialed there customer care numbers Telephone: 040 – 23562071 Mobile: +91- 9701123667 but no response. If they are not fraud then why don’t they respond to the customers? and ideally they should stop taking orders if there are demand and supply gaps…

    I am also victim of MyVirtualPlaza.com.
    I am really frustrated with the service I am getting from Virtual Plaza.

    I had ordered MMX A110 on their site on 4th Feb 2013. My order no is MVP0027029. The website was showing that MMX A110 is in stock and will be delivered in 1 – 7 days. But till now I haven’t received the delivery of my order. Its 11th day today.

    I have tried contacting Virtual Plaza using all the Email IDs which I could get from their website but haven’t received any reply from anyone of them.

    I have also tried the Customer care numbers provided on Virtual Plaza website –

    040 – 23562071 (Always BUSY)
    +91- 9701123667 (Out of service)
    040 – 65656560 (Always Switched Off)

    Is there no way to reach out to Virtual Plaza for knowing the status of my order???!!!
    I checked the status on website under Track My Order but it is showing as In Process since I placed the order on 4th Feb .

    After reading all the posts on this page, I have now realized that MyVirtualPlaza is a fake and fraud company and I might have lost my Rs 9979 which I paid through Credit Card.

    Does anyone have any idea what can be done against this Fraud company? How can I get my money back?
    I am trying to file a formal complaint in Consumer Court against MVP now.
    If anyone else has already logged a complaint please let me know how can I join to help fight against this fraud company?

    Hii everyone, I just got my refund after My Virtual Plaza guys sent me the email that they are refunding my amount which I paid to them while ordering Micromax A110. But i paid by credit card which i parked with them for about a month, now i’ve to pay the interest to the bank. This was really a very bad experience for my, now whenever i’ll buy something online i’ll always opt for reputed online portal like flipkart or snapdeal or use the cash on delivery option. Never buy anything online using electronic payment option.

    Guys I had ordered on 28th Jan, MVP cancelled my order on 7th Feb, MVP initiated refund on 11th Feb(got mail with snap of transaction) was expected to get refund in 2-3 working day, but I did not get it till today so again I messaged to Rupesh (was not in good tone) then Rupesh called me back and told me that there was some technical issue with that EBS tool, and informed me that you should get refund till evening, if don’t get then inform me.
    Let’s see what’s happening..

    If they’re genuine why don’t they keep their communication channels open? 30 days is too long to wait & funnily enough Micromax have released their latest range of Canvas.

    I also suffered the same panic situation. I booked my mobile on 28th dec 2012 but didn’t get my mobile micromax a110 till date. Tried to communicate with them several times but did not receive any response. Then I got the number of Mr Rajesh 09966562324 and he helped me to get the total amount refunded within 2 days. He is very genuine guy and ready to help. So guys this is the simplest way as anyways you are not going to get your mobile a110 since they dont have it in stock so atleast get your money back ASAP.

I tried to call Telephone: 040 – 23562071, which is useless, says call later after sometime. IF THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM THIS WEBSITE, I NEED TO GO FOR CONSUMER COURT.

    I have ordered for Micromax A110 at feb 4th, my order number is MVP0026822. whatsoever there is no communication of whats happening. i have been exhausted of writing mails to their team, yet no one is least concerned about replying about, whats happening, i just mailed to them to cancel my order, and there is no reply to any of my mails. I have been looking at complaints forum, and i have sent my account details and IFSC code to their accounts@myvirtualplaza.com, yet there is no refund nor there is any communication. Its been very frustrating for me, please can any one help me out, your suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

    i paid in full to MVP (MVP0030436) for Micromax A116 and now they are not replying their phone nos are switched off their according to me we all must get together to get our money i’ve how we can get our money back but i’ll need you all to be with me EBS is payment gateway threw we pay our amounts to MVP and all payment Integrators Must have PAN Card Detail of all merchants we can get actual detail and person from them and lets raise a complaint against them to IT Minister, Commissioners (Crime Branch) of our companies and lets make a mail against them to our Indian Govt also.

    and even if EBS(ebs.in) is accepting our payment its same like we hire a person to get a product in our local market and he/she get paid for responsive role for both end Merchant and end customers WE ALL.

    so lets ask them also and check how responsive person they are.

    I am also one of a victim of this MVP. Product Name Micro max A57, Order No. MVP0028619, Rs. 4599/- purchased on 8/2/2013. I talkd to Mr. Rupesh executive of MVP regarding my product. Firstly he said it ll b delivered on 19/02/2013, Secondly on 23/02/2013 bt still haven’t received. i have w8 patiently bt 2 no avail. Now i av told him to refund & also given my A/c details at the said email. But nevr response any email nor customer care no. works Track order always in process. Now as i was abl to contact Mr. Rupesh through txtin as he nvr ans. the call. whc he said it ll be refunded soon but still hav’nt nw he is not evn replyin bak my txt its being 2 weeks. made a big mistake my purchasing from this site. So can any one tell me how this online consumer complaint help can i gt my refund if i complaint. Plz anyone help me out hea.

    placed my order on My virtual plaza website on 07 th Feb 2013 Friday and paid Rs 4600/- for the mobile through my debit card as the price mentioned on their website. It is mentioned on their website that all products are delivered within 1-7 days after you place an order. It’s been 25 days now that the product has not reached me yet.

    Despite several emails sent at various email id’s as per their website and calls that never went through since the custome care nos flashing on their websites are not working. Neither anybody is replying to emails, nor giving the product delivery stautus and are not even bothered to deliver the product or inform the customer.

    I just need the amount Rs 4600/- that I paid for order no MVP0028238 be refunded to me ASAP.

    I have emailed my bank account details in the mail sent to info@myvirtualplaza.com.

    I purchased 4 mobiles of Micromax A-110 on 22nd january 2013. Order no at that time MVP0020444 was generated by the company. Several times i open the website and saw my order but it was always shows that i will get within 2-3 days. I mailed them to atleast 20 times but failed to get any response on phone and on mail. on 16th february i get mail that i will be getting refund against my order. My order cost me 39916/- i mail them my a/c details and they credit 9979/- through neft in my Punjab National Bank A/c It took me to surprise that i paid them 39916/- and they gave me refund on only 9979/ which is the costing of 1 mobile. I mail them everyday but failed to get any reply. My pending refund is of rs29937/ is still with them and they are not picking up their phone and also they are not giving any answer to my mail. Kindly give me the solution what should i do? should i file a complaint in consumer court or what as it is very painful for me. Kindly do answer and if possible kindly give my refund.

    Hyderabad – 34.

    There is nothing at 3rd Floor of this building. My friend sent me the photos of that building and nothing is there at A-11 and A-12

    Warehouse Address:

    8-1-284/OU/499,
    F-1 & S-1, 1st Floor,
    OU Colony, Shaikpet
    Hyderabad – 08.

    This address is also Fake.

    So, there are enough proofs to confirm that MyVirtualPlaza is FRAUD site.
    I would request each and everyone who are cheated by MVP to lodge a Police complaint against MVP and do negative publicity of MVP on MouthShut, Facebook, Twitter etc.

    I want to register complaint against my virtual plaza, as they are making false promises about refund, and have never did, nor they reply to any of my mail, i have ordered for micromax A110 at 5th of Feb and my order has been cancelled and i received mail on march 2nd week that my payment will be refunded on 26th march, yet there is no payment. I am extremely unhappy about their ignorance. Please let me know how to formally lodge complaint against site. please do respond and do needful.
