Punjab State Power Corporation Ltd. (POWERCOM)

This government body is fetching huge money in the name of
credit/debit/netbanking bill payments of due bills.

As explained it being fee of the bill pay intermediator.
Which is against the consumer rights & services.

Payment of bill is offer by the Punjab State Power Corporation Ltd.
(POWERCOM) not demanded by the consumer.

Just take the example of mobile/phone/insurance/credit card/other
merchandiser bill payments, no one charges extra.

This is just for the help for the customer as well as quick & easy
receiving of bill dues by the merchandisers.

So it is against the law of consumer rights.
Please take appropriate actions.

This complaint also mailed to the concerned bodies as address available on the site

Dear Sir,
I am Dimple Kumar from Mehat Pur, Dist. SBS Nagar. I am paying the bills
online. This time I pay two bills online through net banking. The payment is deduct in
my bank account, but the both bill did not pay. First bill I pay 24 feb. 2013 the account
no. is N21JC670314A and the holder name is Harbhajan Singh. amount is Rs.550.
And the second bill I pay 27 feb. 2013 the account no. is N21JC660124A and the
holder name is Amrik Singh. bill amount is 1860.
The bills last date is 01/03/2013. So please solve this problem immidiately.
