Siti cable network

Dear Sir,

I subscribed for the Set Top Box from local cable operator Beniwal Cable Network on 4th Nov. 2012 by paying Rs.1200/- and later on took Rs. 150/- as monthly cable charges. The local cable operator promised verbally that this amount of Rs. 1200/- for Set Top Box is refundable security deposit. From 4th Dec 2012 the Cable connection got disconnected automatically and on the complaint of this the local cable operator said that subscribe for the package and handed over a pamphlet of all packages.
As the cable operator concealed the facts at the time of taking connection I just want the disconnection of my Digital Cable TV and refund of Rs. 1200/- for Set Top Box. The local cable operator Beniwal Cable Network refused to refund the refundable security money for set top box.
On 15.12.2012 I sent this matter via email to for refund of money for the set top box but on 17.12.2012 when I contacted on number 18001234001 to Mr. Gobind Kumar regarding this he told me that no e-mail had been received. On his advice I again send this mail and no action was taken. On 19.12.2012 I contacted again on number 18001234001 to Ms. Naina regarding this she told me send again a mail to .On her advice I again send this mail and again no action was taken. On 26.12.2012 I registered my complaint to your website and complaint No. is 110666. On 27.12.12 I again sent this compliant to their Nodal Officer at email id : but no action was taken towards refund of money. On 08.01.2013 I contacted again on customer care number and they told that your complaint is being forwarded to the senior person and they will contact you shortly. A lady contacted me from Phone No. 0120-6450530 and noted down my address and mobile no. and told me that by evening someone will collect the Set top box and will refund the money but no one came. On 09.01.2013 I contacted again to Ms. Sameeksha to enquire about but she told that nothing will be refunded.

Kindly help me in this regard.

    Hello siti cable, i m having a conn. Of siti cable whichs card no. 017 6224 0895 7 chip id 005 5583 0711 stb no. 1208c9930490093563 this conn. Is not running properly n cable operator is not doing the satisfied job most of the time in the day it shows 200-no signle n cable operator says that wire is loose frm somewhere, he just tighten the wire but after 10 min. It Again shows 200 but cable oprator is not able to rectify my problem so please you people do something to rectify my problem my cable operator’s name n no. Is mr.     Sir maine siti cable ka set top box liya tha jiska monthly rental 160rs bataya tha fir one month baad bole ki ab monthly rental 17ors monthly lagega aur 40rs service tex milake 210rs monthly lagega fir maine unse kaha theek hai app mujhe mere service tex ka bill de dena me apko puri payment kar dunga phir jab me unke pas unke office ma paise jama karne gaya to unhene mujhse 210rs mange fir maine unse fir service tex manga to woh mujh se kehne lage ki hum apko service tex nahi de sakte phir humne pucha kyu to wo log ladne lage or 6-7 aadmi mil kar marne lage aur kehte hai ki service tex ka bill hum nahi denge jo karna hai kar le
    Sir apse request aise cable tv walon ke liye shakt karwahi ki jaye nahi to wo aise hi har kisi ko apne office me marenge.

    The service and reception of Siti cable is very poor. Reception is mostly with breaks and there are messages of error 200 and 120 which appear and disappear on its own. Sound does not synchronize with picture. Most erratic on week ends. Signal closes on Sundays and not resumed till the Local cable operator ( Shyam Cable) is approached repeatedly up to next day. Subscription paid on 13.7.13 & reception blocked on 16.7.13 with message of 120. Service resumed only after several days. Since then the reception is hopelessly poor with breaks and blockages of signal. Local cable operator has no proper complaint redressal mechanism. They do not pick up phones. Office is also generally found closed. I therefore demand for adjustment of my Subscription for the poor service of Siti cable for this whole month of July. Whether you will pay full MRP for a half filled Pepsi or Coca Cola. No proper printed receipt is being issued by cable operator indicating package detail and service tax etc. My Card No. is 017 6265 8225 2 at L-212, Shastri Nagar, Delhi-110052. (Mobile- 9868347570).

    I am having Siti Cable connection for ore than One & half Year, but every time i make monthly payment to cable operater ask for Receipt of payment but h has never given it and replied that Siti Cable Network have given him a Receipt Book than how can he give me my payment Receipt. But it is Government Rule that Cable Opreater should always give receipt for payments

    I am using Siti Cable now about for 5 years, and, every month when the Bill day comes, the cable operator starts asking for the money before two-three days of the bill day. Another thing which started off lately is that he asked for more money saying that the cable charges are been hiked by the Siti cable. “Arey!, bhaiya, yeh company waalon ne badaa diye h, mai toh gareeb aadmi hoon”..n blah-blah…..all those stories..I dissented on it and said i won’t give more. Then, i given the original amount that i used to give. Next day only, he cut out all the hindi news, hindi entertainment, hindi movies channels repeatedly saying the same old story time and again.

    Now, as a consumer, what shall i do ?
    I am asking you people.
    Should i give in to the daily drama of such greedy guys or should stop watching cable TV. Well, I have been tortured and harassed.

    HD set top Box Rate Rs3500 diya hai ye bahut jyada hai please send your Rate of HD set top box& normal box.
