Ordered a Phoenix Smart Blue Basic Jeans. Order No. 1223479369 on 31/08/2013. Received the order on 07/09/2013 but of different brand and colour. Registered a complaint on 08/09/2013., No. 3143598. I had asked for a replacement, The attendant told/message me that within 48 hours I will get a call. Since nobody called up so I called again on 10/09/2013 at 17:15hr with mobile no. 7278474702. But the was suppose to get the reference no. but didn’t received yet. He was telling me to send the order but when I asked for a guarantee that the same thing wont happen again, he was unable to give. So I want a sollution.
