Tata Docomo and Chargeable sites

This is Karthik from chennai, 8807582605. I have been using tata docomo for 10 months. I have activated gprs pack of Rs. 24 on Feb 28th and got 1414.00 MB data free . I was happy with the offer. But today morning when i was browsing Rs. 49 was deducted from my account. I check for last three deductions and it did not show the information for the Rs. 49 deduction. I called customer care and he said that I went to a chargeable site so that amount was deducted. I told him that i have not clicked any thing on any site, but he said that even if we go to the chargeable site it will get deducted. But I have not received any alert while browsing that it is a chargeable site and it was nowhere mentioned in Tata docomo site about these chargeable sites except for vuclip. How come the customer know which are chargeable sites while browsing with a free data plan. This is totally a cheating from Tata Docomo. Please take this complaint and do justice to me.

We tried to reach you on 8807582605 but there was no proper response. However, we would like to inform you that there is no discrepancy in the balance deduction as the same was charged for the activation of the Vas service during the internet usage.

i am using docomo since 4 years and recent deduction made me angry commenting docomo as fraud company. i had 450mb left at 12pm last night and when i on mobile internet it showed 0 data ,i am new to internet service on mobile.please do justice to me.

i also got cheated by the docomo while using vu clip. Illegally docomo is deducing balance without providing proper information to the customers. Guys , if u all got similar problems then please raise your voice against tata docomo through social networks and also at http://www.listen@tatadocomo.com

My number is 9598718742. As we all know that vuclip is not an chargeable site. Today my Rs.82 was deducted during browsing on this site without any warning. Customer care is not responsing properly. This is totally not fair..

Hi, i am anil mob no 8143388639 i have recently recharged my internet balance, having 200mb data, i have started using internet suddenly it was disconnected after some time i have again connected to the internet it was showing that the server was not found. I have called to the customer care they didn’t connect my call, i have tried for 3 days and the result was same and finally data plan was expired. Tata docomo is not maintaining the standards and i felt reliance is better than docomo

hi im arshiyamy mob no iz 9030285392,from last 3hrs im callng custcare executive but they were not responding to my calls,,im usng this num past 2yrs bt suddnly it started showing swtchoff while the no iz active no outgoin&incomings calls &msgs have been rcvd plz sought out my prblm…

Docomo is getting disgusting day by day. I agree to all this so called fake “chargeable-site” deduction this horrid company is carrying out with no proper explaination. Docomo is fraud….a big fraud….where even the call center agents dont have the courtesy to atleast listen to somebody properly… this is injustice to customers…deducting 300 rupees from my account even when I have still 6.92 MB of data plan.

i have the same problem. today 100rs deducted from my account. i called customer care service they telling that if you browse any chargeable web site then they will charge 10 ps/10kb. and they are not clear about which is chargeable web site and which is non chargeable web site. if docomo continue like this no one will use docomo.

YES FRIENDS THE SAME THING IS HAPPENED WITH ME AND I AM SURE THAT THIS IS HAPPENED & HAPPENING WITH THE MOST OF THE PEOPLES ALSO BUT MOST OF THEM ARE NOT ABLE TO RAISE THE VOICE AGAINST THIS FRAUD OF TATA DOCOMO WHICH IS REALLY VERY EMBARRASSING.
I am Sangram from Pune I am using Tata number since more than 5years 9270737027. I have got the message from Tata Docomo about 1GB for 21 Days at Rs 76/- so I have grabbed this offer and I have recharged the same .I have started using my internet on Saturday (09th Feb’2014 @ around 5:00 pm)and I had used the site of vuclip which everybody used from my frnds network, but when I stopped the internet the message which I was received that was really shocked me because it was showing totally null balance from my main account, the amount in my account was 68.33 paise before using the internet however i had recharged with 1GB internet pack and after using internet (vuclip) the main account balance was showing just 00.03 paise (means 68.30 paise got deducted) and when I called to customer care they told me that the site which I was used it was chargeable so this is company rule that we are not going to refund you your money back and they disconnected the call.However most of (sorry not most of the people everybody and who has faced the same problem they will think about to use the internet of TATA DOCOMO)the people are unaware about this thing that which site is chargeable or which site is deduct the balance from our main balance how come we know this,there must be give some information by TATA DOCOMO.So I am saying that TATA DOCOMO is really a fraud they cheat the customers like “Congress Party” and enjoying the money receiving by innocent peoples like us.
TATA DOCOMO must inform to customers that particular site is been charged other than using your internet pack let us aware about the sites which are deducted our main balance and I kindly request you to refund my money as early as possible.
