The issue is when I had taken the connection (Account Number: 909854063) I was told I will be getting 30% discount on monthly rent for the life time but after seeing the November month bill, I realized that discount was not applied and when contacted support, I was told the discount will be applicable only for an year. This is very bad experience I have ever faced… your sales team should not have lied for gaining new customer. I believed your TATA Docomo agent but this is very disappointing.
So, I would request you to take an appropriate action on your agent and provide me the 30% discount on rental for life time. I would appreciate your quick response on this matter so that, I can pay the modified bill amount.
On the same subject I have made multiple complaint to support desk but there is no resolution nor a response from them. Here are the reference numbers of the complaints 339670941 and 339546485
When contacted customer support for escalation matrix, their reply is they do not know… they did not even allow me to talk to their supervisor… they just say supervisor is not available… I really surprise how they are running their customer support without any supervision. Very very much disappointed.
