i had ordered giordano back pack order no 6336379 on 5th november 2012

received on 8th november complaint made on 8th november 212
i have to say that i am not at all satisfied with tradus.com and their reply on my issues regarding order 6336379. pls go through following issues
A. i had ordered a bag pack as it is mentioned on tradus.com website but it is a rug sack as mentioned on the product
B. the images on their website are deceiving as when you receive the product its just not worth 600rs you can easily get for 100rs in any market only name of giordano doesn’t make worth it.
C.Their return policy says i can return a product within 15 days, if i have to report it in 24 hours of receiving the product then that should have been mentioned in your return policy why are they hiding it in terms and conditions where your fine print size is smaller than ant size, so that means their return policy is also deceiving, if it can take more than a week to reply on a customers query why cant a customer take one week to make a complaint, it takes almost 15 mins to answer a customer call, and customer is at their mercy if replied or no even after waiting that long their service person does not have any idea about the product they just keep repeating the terms and conditions, and all of a sudden you hear an engage tone where their service person has disconnected the call without informing or solving my query if thats the way they treat and service you provide it is just PATHETIC and taking the customer for a ride.

i had ordered giordano back pack order no 6336379 but its a rug pack when i received it and completely unsatisfied with it and i don’t think its just worth it because yr bag which you show online is deceiving when you see the actual product.
so please let me know how can ii return it or exchange with some other product.
