Sir.

I have ordered a product through online from flipkart.com C/O WS Retail Services Pvt. Ltd., and i found that the product (Belkin BLK-F8M159QE Power Pack 2000) to be wrongly described in the web which tend me to place an order on Dt: 12/12/2012 approximately at 10:16 hrs. I have received the shipment on 15/12/2012 at 16:.00 hrs. I have opened the courier which was sent through blue dart courier service in a closed packing.

After opening the pack i found that the charger device was integrated with only one output port where in the web it was mentioned that the device can Charge Two Devices Simultaneously. I felt very disappointed and i have called the customer care service. When there received the call voice answered and I have followed there instructions then the call got connected to csr. When the csr answered I have explained the problem but there was no response from the other side. Again i have called back and explained every point of my problem regarding the device. There told me that it a technical issue and there will call me after a movement and from that day i haven’t received any call from them.

    I had ordered : HP Pavilion DV4-5009TX Laptop with Order Id : OD21204141328 through flipkart for my son Aniket Singhai which was confirmed on 4th Dec 2012 and expected to be delivered to me by 8th Dec 2012. Thereafter the delivery date was extended by 10 days without giving any reasons and informed that it would be delivered by 17th. However when dispatch was not confirmed I pursued the matter with customer support but no proper reply was given and now I have been informed on 16th Dec that concerned team is looking into the matter and within two business days the concerned team would get in touch with me by e-mail or a call with an update on the status of this order. As such after 2 weeks of placing the order neither the product is delivered nor status of order is known. Even specific cause of delay is not informed . As such it is requested to look into the matter seriously and ensure delivery of the ordered laptop within 3 days. I am really very disappointed with improper and casual response of flipkart executives online as well as on telephone.

    Dear Mr Shreejith It is very surprising to note that you have mentioned there is an unexpected delay of 2-3 business days whereas you can see that I had placed my order on 31st Dec 21012 and initially I was intimated Expected Delivery:4 business days from order date thereafter I was informed that i would receive my order by 8th Dec2012 which was again delayed and I was informed that my order would be delivered on 17th Dec 2012. Now after my repeated mails and calls to your customer care I have been informed
    through your mail dated 16 Dec 12 that – there has been an unexpected delay of 2-3 business days in having this order shipped to you whereas the delay is already more than 10 -12 days a nd further it is mentioned that the concerned team is looking into the ‘challenges’ involved which has caused the delay.     I requested you to confirm about the aviailbility of the Laptop I have ordered but in your response it is only mentioned that my order is in process without indicating the avaiilbity of product with you. In this context I have learnt from market that the model of the laptop has been discontinued by HP.     i have ordered it on feb 25th i have expected it to arrive on 27th or atleast on 28th but i havent recieved my hard disk even now… how long will it take… shipment page on flipkart says on transit to kukatpally hub it is in the same way since the day i ordered… plz make the shipment delivered as early as possible….

    I have order Eureka Forbes Trendy Steel Vacuum Cleaner, vide Order No. OD30316070564, through http://www.flipkart.com. I have track this order continuously, on 18 March I found that shipment reached at Destination Hub and 11:45am Shipment start for delivery, but I regret to inform that I have not received any single call from your delivery department nor nobody arrived at my residence address for the delivery and when I track the same at 19:44pm I found that remark has mentioned Customer not available… I am surprise, it is just impossible as it wont happen any given point that nobody is available, so I request you to please look in to the mater and let me know urgently the position of the delivery and also let me know contact no and person who is going to delivered the material here in Pune (Maharashtra).

      This is very horrible i don’t know why they are not transparent to the customers who invest their time and money to trackdown the orders. At least someone in Customer team have curtsey to look into this coz i have madeup my mind not to do business with flipkart any more and will shop elsewhere. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

    I bought NOKIA 603 (Order ID 30414061149 ) through flipcart paying 7999 WS RETAILERS BEING THE SELLERS .When I enquired about its compatibility with BSNL SIM CARD I was assured with positive reply through E-MAIL by Ms Prayukti and was encouraged to buy the same without any hesitation
    Shockingly I realized that the BSNL SIM CARD (prepaid worth 800 rupees) is too big to fit into the NOKIA 603 slot
    The 3 of the authorized service centres of Nokia as recommended by the FLIPCART bluntly refused to cut the SIM CARD smaller in order to fit it into NOKIA 603 . They even ( CMH 80 ft Road opp ICICI bank ) fix the screen protector bought from WS Retailers
    The MICRO SIM CARD recently released by the BSNL also needs to be cut
    Please advice me suitably

      I am a fellow user of Nokia 603. When buying a phone, you should have thoroughly gone through the specifications and features section from the nokia site, where it clearly states that the hand-set supports only Micro-sim. And in case of sim punching,just take the sim and ask them(Nokia Care or Nokia Priority) or any other retailer to punch that sim. If, that is not possible, then you have to buy one sim puncher yourself. I first got 2-3 sims punched from Nokia priority and then I got myself one from ebay.in

    The best way to buy from flipcart is to choose COD, never pay them up front, so that you always have the option to cancel the order.

    The best way to buy from any online shopping portal is to choose Cash On Delivery as the courier company makes sure the parcel reaches you, never pay them up front, so that you always have the option to cancel the order.

    I have ordered for HTC one X+ (OD30616050362) on 16th June . On 17th there were some activity on the logs .But after that I haven’t heard anything as yet . The expected delivery was 2-3 days . When I called customer care they said they are escalating the issue . I am highly disappointed . Still waiting for the product ….. from Kadugodi , Bangalore

    I have friends in India and to be honest Flipkart.com is a top notch online shopping website. If you are having trouble dealing with them lot then I guess you are either hired to spread shit by other companies or you have no clue what you are talking about.

      This is Consumer Court Forum. If people are having problems, they post it here.Many times it solves their problem Why should it concern anybody if you have friends in India or not? If people have no clue then why they are wasting their their time to type posts here, with their Order ID?Yes, flipkart does have some problem with their courier services, but now they are using their own Courier services for error-free services.So, please stop wasting your time here,hope you have some better work to do.

        I did not mean to offend anyone and I am not stopping anyone from posting anything but not one of the above posters came back to update what happend after they posted. Do you believe all of them lost their money? I say all of their orders were completed and products delivered because if that wasent the case they would be coming here posting updates but that doesnt look like happening.

        Please enlighten me on this. I know this for a fact that people post their problems here and companies pick up the complaints and resolve them as well but no one ever returns to update the post saying their issue was resolved to their satisfaction. May be one out of 50 comes to update but thats not right then is it?

    The problem is not with flipkart, its bluedart the courier service they use, most of bluedart employees are lazy, they dont go to given address and update status as customer not available, thus they get travel allowance without going anywhere.

    Had ordered and recd. the following landline phone from Flipkart.
    OD30303074322 Alcatel Temporis Retro Corded Landline Pho

    The landline phone is not working anymore and has a 1 year manufacturers warranty. I am speaking and have exchanged emails with flipkart to give me service centre number of Alcatel, WHO REPAIR OR COVER WARRATY FOR LANDLINE PHONES. Everytime they reply, they give me number of companies like RV solutions(who repair only Alcatel mobile) or number of Alcatel-Lucent (who dont have any connection for warranty), they are not able to offer me a service centre number for Alcatel Landline
    mobiles.

    I have tried all following numbers as below and no proper number i have recd. till date

    0120 4667111 (doesnt work)

    Request you to kindly confirm with Alcatel people for landline warranty and answer me the same, else please replace the phone.

    2 days ago I brought there book Divergent on flipcart by the seller WS Retail. I had intended to buy the book Insurgent but got confused and bought Divergent instead. Is it possible to exchange the current book for a copy of Insurgent? The copy I own right now (Divergent) is brand new which arrived 5 hours ago and I havent even read it. So, it is as good as new.

    I too have simmillar expereince. In the west, these kind of issues are taken very seriously and consumer complaints like this are taken promptly. For ex.Amazon.

    It seems Flipkart is created to just “get customer” then they will sell the company to some other big company for a Profit. They are working towards this and hence the Forbs News which is backfired on them.

    I would advice buyers when they buy items from Flipkart. They are one of the scamsters of this decade like a PONZI Scheme.

    I have similar experience with WS Retail they are the worst seller on flipkart avoid them by all means. I live in bangalore, even though their package distribution center is like couple of KMs from my house they took 10 days for delivery.

    They even update false delivery status like “customer requested reschedule” and “vehicle breakdown”.

    Flipkart should discontinue with this seller. I have given worst possible rating for this seller in my reviews.

    i ordered a moto g mobile from flipkart. ihave faced some problem with that handset, that is when i put headset to the mobile afterwards all sounds of mobile phone are not audible to out side even songs ,videos and phone calls also. i recieved my phone on 2nd of may, i donot used phone for a week also, with in one day i faced this problem, so, i want to replce my hand phone immediatly, please kindly replace it. thanking u……

    Hi,
    I had ordered a Western Digital Harddisk on 5th June and it was not delivered to me. When I got a mail from flipkart that order has been delivered, I reached flipkart customercare and updated that I havent received the shipment. Then executive told me to wait for 10working days to investigate. The very next day I got a call from ECOM_prepaid(3rd party delivery team from flipkart) that item has been delivered to wrong person and they are ready to delivery, I had asked the delivery team to wait for 5min at my place, so that I can come and collect it by hand. He told he will come to my office address. But he did not come either or responded over phone. Meanwhile I received a mail from flipkart that item had not delivered on first day, it will delivered soon. Now it is the second business day and still I havent got any information about the shipment. I checked in ECOM-Prepaid website for tracking, it is shown as in transit.
    I have seen such a service without any customercare number, branch offices and no clear tracking where my shipment is.

    I had reached again flipkart customercare today, the executive says the same information again that shipment is delivered to wrong person. It will take 10days for us to investigate.

    All the way my delivery is getting delayed and I lost trust on flipkart that if the product is tampered or something might go wrong with the product by the time of delivery.

    My question is :
    1. Flipkart such a mega online stores giving delivery to 3rd party ECOM-Prepaid, which is a bad service.?
    2.Where my product is not delivered, still in wensite it shows it already delivered to me on 9-july.?
    3.The product is not delivered to me on time and asking me to wait for 10Working days where nothing went wrong from my side. If the product is delivered you guys should investigate but why I should wait and it is getting delayed for 10days.?

    4.how can ECOM-Prepaid serive team deliver the shipment to other person. Either the team has to reach my registered mobile number before handing over.

    I had earlier placed many orders in flipkart never before I faced such issues. They were delivered to me by EKART team which responded very well. They reach me for delivery and responded very well.

      Such kind of problem happening everywhere. Flipkart become commercial. They are using all low market valued courier partners who never cares for delivery quality, timely response as well as manner of customer handling.

    I had booked two items through Flipkart vide order no. OD40807150918; on 7th August 2014 but while tracking my order I found today that my consignment is yet to be dispatched. Please step may be taken to dispatch the same at the earliest. If not done so I will be compelled to go to Consumer Court; ;Thanks!

    After reading through all the above complaints it is time now for customers to pay back these fraud online companies in their own trick
    WS retail and flipkart are both bogus companies trying to cheat customers
    Flipkart books and accepts orders for delivery to be sold by WS seller which in turn returns heavy packages with comments that buyer refused to accept delivery
    These buggers in order to carry heavy shipment returns it from their back office hub Why not they put a system in place to get customers signature.
    Further the delivery boy tampers with the product package and takes out accessories

    i had ordered some products under OD40810010909 some days back . On the day of delivery the courier boy called me bt i was nt home nd u got my order my cancelled. Can i know d reason dt y was my shipment cancelled

    I had ordered a D-Link DSL-2750U Wireless N ADSL2 4-Port Wi-Fi Router via flipkart, order no. OD40904133433. I has RJ11 WAN port but my broadband has RJ45 port. I don have knowledge about RJ11 and RJ45. But I am unable ot use it. please exchange it by a router which have RJ45 WAN port.
