I have ordered a product through online from flipkart.com C/O WS Retail Services Pvt. Ltd., and i found that the product (Belkin BLK-F8M159QE Power Pack 2000) to be wrongly described in the web which tend me to place an order on Dt: 12/12/2012 approximately at 10:16 hrs. I have received the shipment on 15/12/2012 at 16:.00 hrs. I have opened the courier which was sent through blue dart courier service in a closed packing.
After opening the pack i found that the charger device was integrated with only one output port where in the web it was mentioned that the device can Charge Two Devices Simultaneously. I felt very disappointed and i have called the customer care service. When there received the call voice answered and I have followed there instructions then the call got connected to csr. When the csr answered I have explained the problem but there was no response from the other side. Again i have called back and explained every point of my problem regarding the device. There told me that it a technical issue and there will call me after a movement and from that day i haven’t received any call from them.
