I got the order but i didn’t like it so i returned it back to them on 28/8/12 from that time they dont responding to mails thet also blocked me over facebook on their page so that i would not be able to post anything neither they refund the money nor they exchanged the product till date. Please help me out ther are fraud they dont provide any contact number over their website.

    I made a order few months ago order no #299. I received order but the item was torned. I sent the courier back to Miracas and gave them Tracking ID too. But then after I didn’t hear from them ever. They don’t properly reply and the customer service is awful. I am badly harassed. I want my money back

    I Ordered My Product on 12 dec’12 and till today i have been trying to contact them .. trace my order . But no one is replying neither they are pickng up the call nor do message order tracking facility is responding… its really a harassment…

    we should all report for this site and kick off them from facebook as well… before others are caught in this …

    I placed an order on 03 March 2013
    Order no 002335
    1) Two piece Polka dotted top (Rs. 1290
    2) Brown long sleeved layered top (Rs. 990)
    I received only partial order i.e Brown long sleeved layered top and not the other one.
    Both the itmes have been paid for via net banking.
    I emailed them immediately and tried to call on their no. 02065000650 but it is not reachable and no response to my emails.
    I Facebooked them but they deleted my comment. After sending for messages on FB I get a response “Dear customer, we are in touch with the delivery team and we will contact you shortly.”
    After reading all these complaints above I think I have been fooled by the company too.
    Pleas help or advice what can we do in such a situation.

    Since then I’m constantly requesting them to tell me the status of my order how ever their customer care is not responding to any of my e-mails , Moreover the Phone number given on their website : 02065000650 isnt working!

    Its unfortunate bad N Highly unprofessional customer care. Neither sending my order, nor responding to me Nor even refunding my money.

    I made online payment
    But till now only one top has been delievered through aramex courier….but miracas not provided any information regarding shipment of the second top (i.e. Two Piece Long Sleeves Casual Top – Color : Blue)…
    I have tried to contact them several times but their customer care number is not reachable…I have mailed them. I have sent them messages on chat and on Facebook also…but I have not got any reply from them.
    Please let me know when they are going to deliver the top.

Though i didnt paid yet, its on cash on delivery.. to know about the product delivery i mailed them more than 20 times even tried to call them many times but they dont even bother to reply. If this is their service i am not going to accept the product. Kindly call me and contact me asap else cancel it , i will not accept the delivery… order no #002847

    I placed the order on 22/10/2012 of a White Top. I was really unhappy with the quality . I Have couriered through the DTDC Courier M80453556 on 7 /11/2012 . But till now after 6 months did not get any response from MIRACAS side. I have mailed no. of times on your id, called hundreds of time. I want my money back . Please arrange for the same or else i have to take severe action against fraud.i have been getting message that your customer care will call back . But i think their is no customer care department for you people. Even i have tried tracing TANIA ESTEVENS ON FACEBOOK. Send her no. of messages but no response till now.

    I am facing the same concern. Order number #002536 took a month to reach me after which it turned out to be defective. I have the photographs. I returned it. And no response. It is not updated under returns on the website. It is in stock on the site though. The chat option is offline. The phone number does not work and they do not respond to mails. Feeling extremely helpless. I actually thought this org had some standard. Now I feel I have been duped of INR 1,190.00. Terrible customer service. Any advice or help on the same would be appreciated.

    Thanks all for updating the issues you are facing with Miracas team. I was about to place an order worth 2080 RS. After all the negative feedback I’ve received from you, I’ll never make a mistake of purchasing anything from them.
    I did try to leave a offline message to them last nite, as I had some enquiry and was hoping they would come online today so I can have a direct chat, but don’t see them online even now, this made me think about their services and googled for more info.
    I advise all of you to register a complaint with consumer court, hope atleast they can assist with amount refund and also avoid these kind of incidents happening in future.

    My order was placed on the 30th of April and they still did not ship it. They do not even bother to reply to any of my emails complain tickets or messages, the phone number for customer care mentioned in their website does not work.
    They stopped communication right after they took my money, the order number is #3190.

    I PLACED THE ORDER ON 8TH FEB 2013 FOR BLACK PURSE, WHICH I RETURNED BY 27TH FEB (IN 2 DAYS FOR RECEIVING IT COZ THE QUALITY WAS TOO BAD). ORDER NUMBER IS 2002. TILL TODAY I’M WAITING FOR MY REFUND FOR 1470/- PAID FOR THE PURSE. I HAVE WRITTEN 30 MAILS TO THEM BUT NOBODY RESPOND, NO ONE PICK AT THEIR CALL CENTER. CAN U PLEASE UPDATE HOW MUCH TIME YOU NORMALLY TAKE TO REFUND THE MONEY OR PROVIDE STORE CREDIT. IT BEEN MORE THAN 3 MONTHS NOW I’M FOLLOWING UP WITH YOU GUYS?

      This ain’t going to stop them from fraud business. Lets all grievances be filed in one under cyber crime and IPC offences. Stop their business so that they never dare to do fraud business.

      By posting we are simply doing nothing. I am going to file a case against their company if they are not delivering the item within deadline of 15 days. its a cyber crime and a IPC offence. Can be filed to nearest police station and also Criminal Investigation Department ( CID) in form of cyber crime.

    Hi All, same thing happened to me when i ordered a product from Miracas on 4th June 2013. Order number# 003735. The fabric of the product was very poor and when i registered the complain to their customer care for exchange of the product, they didn’t responded to me. Its been more than a month and even after 5-6 reminders, i didn’t heard back from Miracas.

    People managing this site are thieves. They just fool people. This is the worst kind of service i ever received from any online site. They even blocked on facebook.

    Someone please take some legal active against this site. So that they should learn a lesson.

    I ordered a “Stylish Open Style Jacket – Color : Red, Size : Extra Large INR 1,790.00 ” with order number #04597. Received the order on 13th of July via “ARAMEX” courier, but the jacket was defected, i mailed them immediately on the same day, they replied back saying that they will have it picked up from my place through aramex courier, and that the courier company will call me, but after that neither the courier company has called nor did they reply to any of my queries regarding amount reimbursement.

    And the customer care number which is mentioned in the site 0206500650 always says not reachable whenever called.

    You have replied back to few of the complaints above saying that if we have any concerns we can reach you at so n so number or so n so email id, but you people don’t reply back neither is your phone number reachable.

    How I wish that I had seen this thread a few days back. Miracas is absolutely cheating online shoppers! I am a frequent online shopper and have never come across anything this disgraceful and harassing . I had placed an order for a shirt on the 3rd July. It has been more than 10 days. There is no sign of shipping the order. What’s more? The customer care service is the lousiest. It is like talking to a wall! There is no response to mails. I tried getting in touch with them through Facebook. I was told that the delivery team will be getting in touch with me shortly. But, that never happened. I am sure this is a rip-off. I made a mistake of pre-paying for the order. Even if I want a refund, the cheat site will not pay me back. Please never choose this site to shop.

    I got a mail from miracas two days back. They said that they would ship my order on Saturday. I haven’t received any shipment details from miracas till now. Also, my account page doesn’t show that my order has been dispatched. I hav no clue if i’m going to get my order ever! I won’t recommend anyone placing any order with this site. Highly shady business they are running!

    I regreted the day i order the ladies jacket(Stylish Slim Fit Jacket With Hook Buttons order no.005361 INR 1890) for my wife but turns out to be smaller size …so tried to exchange for larger size but not been able to communicate with this dhokebaz miracas …tried every means of communication…facebook ,emails ,telephone none seems to work…what a great company??..some googling and found out that there is no miracas in hong kong, on this website dhgate.com you will find all the products shown on miracas at a cheaper rates right from the actual manufacturer not miracas…

    The very first time i registered on Miracas.com, i was guided by a chat assistant for all the queries i had. After placed an order of nearly 7ooo/- Rs neither the chat assistant appears on the website nor does my order show any change in its status. If anyone is aware of any way of getting in touch with them please let me know.

    I have ordered blazer from this disgusting site on 18 sep and till now i have not received my order. I have tried calling on their customer care number pune as well as mumbai but no one is answering the call. I dont knw when il receive my order whether i rceive it or not.

    I placed an order the products had problems had returned them and ever since the replacement order has not come to me its been a month since i have been following you with you guys. Nobody cares to respond, Wasted my Rs.5000 on your site. Its site like these that people don’t trust online shopping. there should be a campaign started to close down such websites.

    I ordered for 13k from this website. First they shipped it very late. Later when I received it i found out that the quality was pathetic and sizes were wrong for all. So I mailed it back to them. They did issue me 4 voucher number in which 1 of it had an expeiry date before even the order was placed, so I am not even to use it on there website.
    They say they do not have any return policy, instead they issue vouchers. Now they are not correcting the expiery date on mine.
    I mailed then so many times, called them up but no one replies. So actually I have lost 13k to them. They even blocked me on there fb page.
    Now my question here is, should we all do something about it? Writing our reviews will not help. People living in Pune can surely help, I am open to visit Pune and nab these A**%#les, with the help of police.

    I placed order for 3 items under order # 016842 on 22/03/14 which stated the items will be delivered within 7-10 working days which is passed. As i see the reviews i conclude that you are scamper. I am seriously warning you to send my products or refund as display with quality. if that’s not happening be ready to face legal consequences, i very well know how to deal cheaters like you. i have notified my lawyer about this instance and im asked to send you last warning after that he will deal with you scampers. When i could get Rs 40000 from scampers like India Emporium, so imaging what can i do to you guys. Final warning!!

    I also faced same type of fraud from miracas. I have ordered one jacket order #028368 07/21/2014. when I received it I found that the quality was pathetic and size was wrong. It is such a big harrasment. I have been shopping online for years but never been harassed so badly before. I ordered previously a product and applied cod..and the product was timely delivered.     I know its fake
    I send 3 mails daily asking them about my order.
    I think time for this shitty site has come

    i ordered one loose fitted printed blouse from miracas i have recieved the order but problem is that it is not of actual size. i have called many times to mircas customer care but the bloody customer care computrized automation always says our customer care executive are busy they have takken blooody all responsibilties of all works they can’ t handle customers even though i have mailed many times to care@miracas.com, return@miracas.com but no response many times i have called and mailed but same response… no reply. i am giving the warning to this company could response quietly aur i ll take very strong action against this bloody miracas… because i have seen all reviews of customers and i will take hard action against it…..

    i ordered one black top with order number #040113 on 10/15/2014 and i prepaid – I NR 1,190/- and haven’t received till date. This is kind of fraud as i did several mails and tried their contact phone number which come busy all the time and disconnects. What is the issue why ain’t you guys replying – Miracas i always use to buy stuff from your website, this is the first time that i haven’t received my order. Reply to me or refund my money. At-least reply to our mails and let us know what is going on. Else need to blacklist you guys

    I paid in advance using sbi maestro debit card of which i have a bank statement specififying the purchase being made on MIRACAS POS worth rs1990. The cash was deducted from my account. But when i logged back in to track my order, shockingly i discovered that the order history has been deleted and my order is not showing at all! its as if i never ordered anything. How can MIRACAS dupe me like this. I thought that its such a good brand. I am utterly shocked by this. I TRIED calling custmer care several times on the customer care number but cudnt contact them despite trying numerous times. What is such a fake company doing online? just to dupe innocent people! I left them a message to contact me but they didn’t bother to get in touch.
    I have proof of my purchase made and bank statment too. I want either the product or my money refunded.

    Hi Guys , I had placed an order for a “stylish” slim fit leather jacket which cost me INR 3090 from miracas on october 23 2014. In spite of my repeated attempts at trying to contact them and finding out details about my order, there was never any response from their customer care apart from a vague one that stated –

    Dear Customer

    We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused. We will get your order delivered ASAP.

    I can’t believe that businesses run like that and that too for so long after cheating so many people of their money and wasting so much of their time giving them such a horrendous and humiliating experience at online shopping. I am almost certain that I may not receive any product from them and I have been duped of my money , therefore, I request each and every one reading this comment to please refrain from purchasing anything from Miracas.com as it is almost undoubtedly a fraud business. Please do your shopping from so many better online shopping sites that are present today and known for brilliant customer service and customer satisfaction. It is better to pay a little bit extra for your products that to pay a little less and be cheated like this. I hope some action is taken somehow and Miracas is shut down at the earliest.

    Also surprising is the number of likes I see for them on Facebook, which is one of the reasons I was misguided into purchasing a product from them. I am 100 percent sure those are the people who have never attempted a purchase at Miracas.com

    I have emailed 3 times to the customer service and not received any replies for them.

    I called the customer service, but they do not come on the phone, the IVR says “All representatives are currently busy, please call again later”. I tried many times and failed to get a representative. It seems that the number is also not working and every time the same message from the IVR is heard.

    Is your website a fake or real. I want the money back in to my account.

Please kindly refund my money or I have to file an complaint against Miracas website as it has taken too much longer time to deliver my ordered product. I am in no need of the product now and want my money to be refunded back to my account.

    Please refund back my money and donot try to send me the product now. I don’t require the product as I have got the required jacket from other store. Kindly refund the money back as I won’t stop here just by writing mails online.
